Petit appartement au cœur du centre ville, beaucoup de places avec terrasse. Nous avons très chaud car canicule et logement ancien avec une seule fenêtre. Les ventilateurs nous ont sauvés mais les 2 nuits pas très reposantes.

Un bon séjour
L'appartement est très bien situé dans le centre piétonnier de Clermont-Ferrand. Il est calme et bien équipé. Seul inconvénient, le manque de lumière naturel.

Nous avions reserver pour 2 nuits ,quand nous sommes arrivés c'était la cata dans l'escalier il y avait une forte odeur de pipi de chat tres desagreable , dans le logement une odeur d oignon frits ....des gouttes d'eau qui tombaient du tuyau en plein milieu de la piece .Bref nous avons repris nos affaires et avons fait demi tour .Avons perdu 160€

Bonjour pour l'odeur du pipi de chat c'est certainement un voisin qui n' a renouvelé la litière de son chat , ceci est un problème ponctuel. Concernant l'odeur de nourriture, le logement étant au dessus d'un restaurant et sachant que vous êtes arrivés à midi il est normal qu'il y ai une odeur de nourriture. Pour les gouttes d'eau qui tombaient du tuyau, c'est un tuyau d'eau froide et avec ces fortes chaleurs il est normal qu'il y ai de la condensation... Vous auriez dû me faire part de ces désagrément j'aurais pu faire le nécessaire et nous aurions trouvé une solution....
