About this property

The health and safety of our guests is very important to us. Your vacation home reservation is backed by 24/7 customer support thru VRBO or contact Dorothy or Jane. Our professional cleaner will be performing a deep clean between guests. .Expert cleaning in line with current CDC guidelines. Our aim is to help you have a fun and safe Ocean City vacation!

We have 5 PM CHECK-OUT during long weekends September and October. We have late checkout 5 pm on Memorial Day and Labor Day Weekend!

Our vacation home has central air-conditioning; clothes washer and dryer and a new dishwasher; Sleeping accommodations (3 bedrooms) include: 1st bdrm: queen; 2nd bdrm: queen and twin; 3rd bdrm: twin over full bunkbeds & twin air mattress / floor mat; you have access to our linen closet. Linens used please put in washing machine. Thanks. 2 full baths; free xfinity hi-speed internet; ROKU with Netflix; Peacock; Amazon Prime; Discovery Plus; Paramount Plus and other streaming services. New 52" TV and TVs in bedrooms - parking for two (2) cars ; tastefully decorated; privacy (this is an individual vacation/beach home not a condo). Fans in each bedroom to provide "white noise". and central A/C.

If you prefer to bring your own sheets and towels you will need: 2 queen; 2 twin; 1 full size bed.

Residents/guests can use 2 community pools (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), tennis (available year-round), and mini golf - show the pool pass (hanging near kitchen) to reserve tennis; pickleball and mini golf at association office a few doors away.

Our vacation home is short walk to ocean next to Northside Park - walking/jogging trails (short-cut to Park in our backyard) --fishing crabbing piers; kayak rentals. You have access to our shed (key on kitchen bookcase)...crab nets; toys; boogie boards; beach carriers; beach chairs. Comfortably sleeps 5 adults and 3 children (bunkbeds + foldout toddler mattress)

One of Ocean City's best-kept secrets - Montego Bay Community - quiet and a short 5 minute walk to ocean at 130th Street and Northside Park.

Weekly trash pick-up, trash dumpter must be moved to curb Wed night and Sun night. All plastic bags MUST be inside dumpster not sidewalk. Thanks

the vrbo site gave wrong info but talking to owner was awesome. and i love your info binder. and your i love the kitchen. my girls loved your back porch. first time on a week vacay with the girls they have autism an we had lots of fun. thanks and the small park down the road was helpful
