This chalet freshly built in a private and secure residence is ideal for family holidays in Brétignolles-sur-Mer. You will appreciate the calm of the Domain and the proximity to the beaches. Its main asset is the covered, heated swimming pool. Renowned for its beautiful beaches and surf spots, Brétignolles-sur-mer will delight water sports enthusiasts. Your holiday rental is a modern 73m2 accommodation with 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people. The chalet is comfortable and very well equipped: you have internet access, electric heating, air conditioning, an iron. The open kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, two coffee makers (filter and Nespresso) and a toaster. The grounds feature a pleasant 32m2 terrace with garden furniture. You can easily park your vehicle in the dedicated space on the grounds. In the domain, charging electric cars on site is prohibited - risk of general power outage. Charging points are available in town.

Logement agréable

Logement très bien aménagé et spacieux, bien placé, à 15 minutes à pied des commerces et de la plage. Seule déception, sa proximité avec une route assez passante et bruyante, ce qui n apparaissait pas dans l annonce ni les photos.
