Nice and so close to Disney!

We enjoyed our stay, our children loved the clubhouse! We did not prepare very much food during our stay, if we had of, the kitchen could use a few more dish towels and there were no pot holders. Other than that, there are no complaints for us, we will be back!!!

Recommend!

Despite the AC dying on me the first night and again the second night and the outside door handle coming off… I highly recommend. The community and unit is clean. Staff are friendly and when contacted with my issues, they were quick with a response. And got a tech out as soon as they could. Community pool and amenities were close by. Lots of stores and restaurants in the area. Would def come back.

Family staycation

The apartment and it’s location was perfect. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Apartment was easy accessible and clean. The neighbor and pool area was clean as well.

Dirty

When you first enter it’s was well decorated. As we settled in we noticed how dirty the place was. Wrappers under beds, behind doors. Socks and forgotten toys under TV stand. Towels had a blood spot and brown hair on them. Bed comforter was stained. My pillow has blood on it under the cover. The floors were poorly mopped my feet were black after just a few hours. Top was bunk had seeds and left over crumbs from other guests. We went around and picked up trash and re-washed all blankets and towels. Manager offered to have cleaning crew come back but I already took care of it. You can tell the pillows have never been washed. People in condo above us were smoking weed day and night and it vented into my kids room/bathroom all week so that was annoying. Very loud hall but was happy they had a fan to cut noise. The appliances were great and the kitchen had everything we needed. Could be fantastic it it was just clean...

Angela, thanks for staying with us, as for all the issue you are poiting out here's our reply: you claimed the floors were dirty after 2 day of use, of course they would be dirty after being used for 2 days, we do apologize for the small gum paper wrap you found under the bed, as for the towels and conforters, it's normal stain not dirty, it does not mean they were dirty, it was only a tiny spot on the conforter and on the towel, besides that I hope you had a great time in Orlando.
