The apartment was very comfortable and just as pictured. We had a wonderful stay! It’s a great location for walking in Meredith and an easy drive to ski at Gunstock.

Great Stay!

We loved staying at this home. There was ample space, everything was clean, and we loved the easy walk to the Lake and downtown Meredith. We would absolutely stay here again!!

We had an amazing stay in Meredith, NH and lake region while attending a family reunion. The house (1st and 2nd/3rd apartments) was immaculate. Town center had a nice selection of restaurants (Enso, Vida's, Surfside, George's Diner, Hart's) to choose from and the property was situated within walking distance to a few as well. Moulton Farm was a hit with abundant produce, farm bakery, and Sal's Fresh Seafood. Our Sylvan pontoon rental from Goodhue Boat Company was seamless with a friendly staff pre- and post-departure. Our Host was very responsive to messaging. We're looking forward to reserving both apartments again once new reunion dates are selected for Summer 2027.

I have been coming to Meredith for years now to visit family. This has been the best place to stay for various reasons: 1.location, very close to town ind if weather had been a little warmer we could have walked everywhere.2. Well stocked kitchen- 3. Beautiful porch- again if it had been warmer, I would have spent all my time sitting out there.4. Parking is behind building so no need to park in street.

Weekend getaway

Location was perfect. It was walking distance to beaches and also shops/ restaurants. We brought our jet skis and it was a 10 min ride to the boat launch. House was beautiful and very clean! I am 100% hopefully renting again next year for our vacation

Clean, quiet and convenient!

Don’t let the location of this home turn you away. It’s a 2 minute drive from downtown, hotels, etc. We stayed here with our dog who typically doesn’t do well when traveling, however, he did so well and felt at home. Extremely clean and spacious and we would 100% book again!
