We hope you will love it as much as we do, and we try to provide everything you will need for a comfortable and memorable Chautauqua vacation. This is a great neighborhood for everyone from grandparents to kids, with neighbors who are friendly yet considerate of everyone's privacy. The buses and the trams stop just steps away at the corner. Come join us at 37 Foster, Garden Level Apt. for a true Chautauqua experience! A/C and radiant floor heat are both available in the garden studio, which is on the lower level (basement), entered down a stairway at the rear of the double house. Twelve feet of windows on a light well give the apartment a bright and spacious appearance Features include a living/dining area with sofabed, occasional chair, flatscreen TV & DVD, and dining table. The sleeping area has a queen bed, and the bath offers a double-size shower and dual-flush toilet. In the kitchen you will find all modern conveniences--gas range, dishwasher, disposer, microwave, and refrigerator WiFi is available to our guests, and there is an outdoor sitting area for you in the yard upstairs with use of our shared charcoal grill. We want you to be able to just unpack, relax, and enjoy a great Chautauqua vacation, so we have furnished the apartment with all the bedding, linens, towels, cookware, dishes, and silverware that you will need. We provide reserved parking in a lot 2 blocks nearby.

The basement studio was surprisingly light, airy, and spacious. Well set out, with the kitchen well stocked, good internet, free access to washer / dryer / grill / outside space / parking. Lyle was extremely accommodating, whilst also not intruding on the stay at all. Plenty of nice touches, like a bottle of wine when we arrived and daily papers. I'd certainly recommend for a couple looking for a spot to stay in Chautauqua.
