The back yard has an enclosed shower, deck, gas grill, and picnic table.

Updates couches and rugs, included all needed appliances and extras (hand soap, garbage bags etc.). 3 AC units work hard to keep temperature down but need help pushing into non-A/C’d areas. Bring extra fan. Cleaning crew could do better.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can't beat the location to the water. The beds and living room furniture need to be updated. I have rented this cottage many times over a number of years and the couch and the beds have never been updated. The air conditioners barely worked, the refrigerator was not cleaned out after the previous renters, and the floors need to be vacuumed there was still a lot of sand on them.
