About this property

Refreshing escape for a couple or small family! Guests will feel comfortable in this remodeled 2nd floor studio (396 sq ft) w/ views of the ship channel. The building is located directly on beach and our unit faces the bay! We take extra steps of sanitizing so you can enjoy a clean, safe, relaxing vacation! Must be at least age 25!
The open concept studio has WIFI, large flat screen TV, dresser, ceiling fan, queen bed and fold out queen sofa.
84 degree heated pool and tennis court. Gated parking lot w/battery charge station.
Close to Strand District, Seawall, Port.

Beach towels are provided. We strive to provide 2 chairs and umbrella however due to usage and weather, they may not be available for your stay. These are also available to rent on the beach as well as purchase at Walmart/dollar general or you may bring your own.

Weekend Get Away

Excellent studio! All you need is there. Perfect location away from the noises. Condo on the beach. The only thing was that the ac temperature wasn’t stable and the fan didn’t fan. So in the middle of the nights it could feel a bit warm. Overall it was perfect 👌😍

Why they chose this property

It is remodeled, clean and so pretty! Very close to the stairs or elevators, on the 2nd floor and quick walk over the dunes on the boardwalk to the beach!
