About this property

Beachfront 8th floor Studio - No street to cross

A breathtaking view of Galveston’s East Beach greets you as you open the door to this 8th floor studio. You can hear the lapping of the waves from the balcony and feel the Gulf breeze. Direct beach access is about a 2-minute walk from the building via a raised wooden walking path. No vehicles on the beach so you can enjoy peaceful walks along the seashore and let the stress melt away. Heated pool. Gym. Pickleball. Basketball. Bocce Ball. Short drive to restaurants and The Strand.

The condo has PTAC (Packaged Terminal A/C & Heat) and a Dehumidifier (installed 2025) for comfort any time of the year. The sleeping arrangement includes a queen-sized bed along with a folding sofa that converts into a queen bed, ideally suited for two small children or a teenager.

Our condo association requires an age of 25 to be able to lease and does not allow guests to have pets. No smoking, vaping or E-cigarettes are allowed inside the condo or on the balcony. There is a designated smoking area on the ground level.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If you use the key please return it to the location where you found it. If keypad was used just make sure door is locked once you are ready to leave.
We greatly appreciate guests who let us know when they leave so we can notify housekeeping.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great Place to Stay & Excellent Owners

This VRBO was very nice. It was clean and had a great view of the Gulf. The location was just far enough away from all the noise and traffic in town to make it very quiet and relaxing. The owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great! We would definately stay here again and we would definately rent from the owners again!

The unit is a studio so it is small but well laid out to use the space. The view is great! The building staff were very nice and the owner was very available to answer questions before and during out stay. Highly recommend the property.

Everyone was very friendly. Owners helpful. Front desk was always there to help.

Condo is located on the beach. We were on the private beach infront of condo. Stewart beach was walking distance. The pool was heated which felt wonderful. Inside of condo was roomy with an outdoor balcony facing the beach. We had a great time!

Peaceful and Restful stay

This property was exactly what my wife and I were hoping it would be. It was not too big but didn’t feel small either. We got to relax, be on our own schedule, enjoy an amazing view, and get easy access to the beach. The hosts were the best! They gave us great recommendations for places to eat and explore. We could not have had a better stay! If you’re just looking for a quiet place to rest for a few days, this is an excellent option.

Clean, Quiet & Comfortable

This studio unit was perfect for my elderly mom (88) while we were in Galveston for a family wedding. The bathroom has an easily accessible shower (a 2-3 inch lip to step over) for seniors. We brought along a removable suction grab bar to provide extra security stepping in & out of the shower & my mom was set.

Property is older however it does have a good view of the ocean from the balcony. Quiet location. Very small and needs some TLC. Bed was very comfortable. TV hard to operate. Needs directions for usage.

Room with a great view

Overall a very good, enjoyable experience. Owners responded promptly to text messages, but need for communication could have been reduced if a complete list of instructions had been provided at check-in. TV system in particular was a challenge, even with the owner's help. Our electrical engineer son figured it out for us.

Peaceful and Quiet

The stay was wonderful. The owners Mayvic and Mark were awesome and stayed in touch to make sure we were taken care of and to be honest that is the first time an owner stayed in touch and seemed genuinely concerned with how we were doing. The area was very peaceful and quiet just the way we like it and couldn’t ask for a better a cozier condo. If I had one complaint it would be a stronger air conditioning unit. At times during peak heat of of the day it seemed to have trouble keeping up with cooling the condo and it was noisy to sit on balcony. But that did not dampen our stay one bit and we loved every minute of it.

We chose this Galveston condo because of the magnificent view and quick access to a beach where vehicles are not allowed. We also manage another condo on Galveston Island, one on North Padre Island and an apartment/suite in Rockport so if you would like to explore more of the Texas Coast message us for more info.

Why they chose this property

This property has a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. It is only a 3-4 minute walk across a wooden path/bridge to have access to East Beach. No vehicles are allowed on the beach which makes it more enjoyable and peaceful than some of the other options on the island. No smoking is allowed in the condo or on the balcony.
