This is the worst-supplied place I've ever had with VRBO. No paper towels, no soap in one bathroom, no garbage bags, no glasses, and spartan furnishings in the family room. If I hadn't found someone in the parking lot I would never have known that the check-in is at another building about 1.5 blocks away. I had been in touch with the "owner" and it was never communicated that the check-in is in a whole different location.

Not exactly as advertised.

My friends and I stayed at this location this past weekend and while our stay was enjoyable, I have one complaint that I wanted to bring forward to you. The condo that you advertise in the pictures isn't exactly the same condo that you walk into after check-in. In two of the pictures posted with this listing, you can see that there are two sets of bunk beds, with a pull-out mattress underneath the beds, but when we arrived at the condo we were dismayed to see that there was only one set of bunk beds. This put a strain on the weekend having to have grown men who were anticipating to be able to sleep in a bed by themselves to then have to double up and share a mattress, sheets, comforter, etc. Now, while most of our time was spent at the beach, I'm sure you can understand why a person who paid between a substantial amount of money on a condo and was expecting certain amenities would be less than thrilled once they arrived only to realize that what they had been sold on, wasn't what they were getting. I work in sales myself, If I advertised something then delivered something different, I wouldn't stay in business very long. I'm sure you can understand my displeasure."

Place was dirty upon arrival. Tried sweeping the day we left and the sweeper was broken. Needed to use the dryer and it was broke. Will not stay here again.

What makes this property unique

Welcome to the Americana Condos 10th street, One of Ocean City Maryland’s condo rentals, located downtown at 107 10th street, just a minute away from the famous ocean city boardwalk.The Americana Condos has a private parking lot and is a secure building, with key-card entry and video monitoring. The ground level area is for used for parking. We have and indoor pool on the second floor and a sun deck on the third floor facing the ocean side whilst the condos balconies are facing the bay with its beautiful sunsets.Enjoy a luxurious open floor plan in this newly built 3-bedroom, 2 full bath, Ocean City condo with ceramic tile floors all areas of the condo. The kitchen features full granite counter tops and a fully equipped kitchen. This unit includes a full-size washer and dryer and central air and heat. The building does not allow smoking or pets.The kitchen looks into the living area with a nice comfy couch and coffee table facing a 42’’ high-definition LCD TV. Picture your own private balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean city bay side. Have a seat on one of the balcony chairs and set your drink down. Now your vacation begins! The master bedroom features 2 queen sized bed, a private entrance to the balcony, walk in closet, master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, The 2nd bedroom features 2 queen sized beds, a nice sized closet, and a second full bathroom right next door. The 3rd bedroom has either a full bed with a bunk on top+ a trundle bed or 2 bunk beds(ask our staff about either). The condo also offers free WIFI a full set of linens and towels and a laundry room.Guests of Americana Condos are also welcomed to enjoy a pool, located on site(private access). For travelers arriving by car, free parking is available.
