Cottage well located near La Bourboule (10 km) pleasant thermal center at 850m above sea level, but also Le-Mont-Dore (20 km) for downhill skiing in winter or beautiful hikes in summer. Do not forget the Banne d'Ordanche 1573m above sea level, from where you can enjoy a very beautiful panorama of the Dordogne valley and its mountainous foothills, Puy de Sancy, the chain of Puys and the plateaus limousines. Apartment adjoining the owner's house (independent access to the rear of the house). A large room with open kitchen, dining room, living room (with sofa bed for two additional people), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. Shower room and wc. Outdoor area with garden furniture and balcony overlooking the owners'courtyard. Oil heating included. Non-smoking gîte. Car park. Shops and services Laqueuille or St-Sauves 6 km. Possibility to visit the farm.
