Great girls weekend in JC. Loved being able to walk to the shops and restaurants. The house had plenty of spots for all of us to gather. And we enjoyed the pool on the hot summer afternoons.

Our family stayed here for a week starting Fourth of July weekend. We loved our stay and would happily return! - Great communication with the hosts - Well-stocked kitchen, large dining room overlooking the backyard - Very clean home - Great location, walking distance to the downtown Johnson City restaurants, and a perfect base for our outings to the Johnson City Exotic Zoo, Reptilandia, Pedernales Falls State Parks, and breweries between Johnson City and Fredericksburg Our favorite feature was the backyard and pool, which was surrounded by a high fence and felt secluded despite being in the center of town, and constantly full of birds and butterflies. We enjoyed it every day of our visit. We'll be back next time we're in Johnson City!

We had a great time in Johnson City. The house was cozy, clean, and had lots of space. It was in a quiet neighborhood but still walking distance to the town square.

It was a great house and was close to the square. I loved the floor plan. We had three couples and every couple had their own section of the house. Then there was a large kitchen/dining/living area, which was perfect for our group. We also really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Great place to stay!

We stayed two nights and had a great time! Very clean property! We came home feeling relaxed. Our favorite was the hot tub! The host checked in daily to make sure we did not need anything! We are already talking about booking again.

Cute house for a girls getaway

The house was cute and clean. The area was quiet at night, but a quick walk to some stores and eateries. We loved the pool and the hot tub, and the beds were all comfy. Great art work in the house too.

Birthday Wine Tasting weekend

Great location and perfect for our group. We dined “downtown” Johnson City And went to a wine release event at William Chris. Our host was super accommodating and responsive as we had a slight issue with the new heating system. Highly recommend this home to others and we plan to return as well.

Great Experience

The house was very clean and had all the amenities that are needed. The backyard, complete with a pool, hot tub, covered area, grill and firepit, was a paradise to enjoy after hoping around nearby wineries. Great trip to celebrate with family.

Very Nice Place

The house was really nice. We had a great time spending Thanksgiving. The house is a few minutes walk to the courthouse and PEC where all the lights are. Was really easy to get in touch with the host whenever we had questions.

Great property, clean and as advertised. They even provided the garage door opener if you wanted to park in the garage! The only drawback, which didn’t affect us due to the weather, is the AC. The instructions were to not turn it lower than 72 during the day and 68 at night which seems fine but the master is much hotter than the other living areas. Again it was fine for us as it wasn’t hot outside but if it was it could be a problem.

Great ladies trip

We came to celebrate a birthday and enjoy the Texas wine country. Many great spots that we were able to walk to. The house was perfect. Plenty of room for all 6 of us. We will definitely book again in the future.

The perfect Hill Country Christmas

We had a wonderful stay. Grandma was able to enjoy all 4 of her nephews. Home was well equipped with a huge dining table and we were able to all eat a family after grilling on the charlcoal Weber grill. We were only a 4 minute walk to downtown to enjoy all the beautiful lights and nightlife.

Beautiful home close to town!

This house was perfect for our little family reunion weekend. The house was beautiful, well stocked, and clean, and the pool was wonderful! We explored around town easily because the house is located near all the things! Kids loved the Science Mill, adults enjoyed the shops, and the food options were great for the whole family. The owner was excellent in responding back quickly and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be booking here again next time we come down this way!

Wonderful property in Hill Country
