Welcome to the ranch! 11 acres at the doorstep of the Texas Wine Trail. This peaceful 3 bed/2.5 bath ranch house includes three king beds and a detached bunkhouse with bunks for six (does not include a bathroom). Attached barn with 70”tv, air hockey table, ping pong table, and more! Less than 10 minutes to Johnson City.
