This property is tucked away on a private drive, with a feeling of serenity and peace surrounded by the woods, yet only a minute walk to Cape Porpoise center and the ocean. The house was recently renovated and offers beautiful pine flooring throughout. Updated bathrooms and kitchens, with a touch of Maine every where you look. Please
Walk outside and around the corner and you will find a trail system of 20 plus miles for mountain biking, hiking, or snowshoeing and cross country skiing in the winter.
5 minute drive to both the port and Goose Rocks beach.
Location, privacy and beauty awaits and you will always want to stay for “One More Day!”

Beautiful Property

This property is immaculate inside with multiple sleeping options. Heather was very responsive to our questions. Only 5 minutes from downtown Kennebunkport.

Everything you’d need by way of the kitchen and bedrooms …bottle of wine was a nice touch..lots of room,great walking trail next door and can walk for breakfast and dinner in the Cape .. highly recommend..

Beautiful property!

One More Day is a spacious and beautifully decorated home in Cape Porpoise. Heather, the owner, was extremely responsive and helpful leading up to and during our stay. The location is a quick drive to many restaurants, the town of Kennebunkport, and several beaches (we made quick stops at Mother’s, Gooch’s, and Goose Rocks—agree this is the best one). We stocked up on supplies at The Bradbury Market, which is just around the corner, and got take out from Cape Porpoise Kitchen, which is on the same intersection. The property was very clean and it seems recently renovated. I was even more grateful to have a cozy home to stay in as it rained quite a bit during our visit. If we had One More Day, I would definitely stay another night, and maybe check out the trails behind the house! I’d highly recommend this home for families!

I spent my entire life visiting my grandparents in the Kennebunks, and this area has become part of who I am, every turn I take I have the fondest memories of time spent with my family either at the beach, walking through the trails in the woods and doing every outdoor activity possible.

Why they chose this property

This property caught my eye based on the location, it is a short walk to Cape Porpoise center, and the beautiful Atlantic is just beyond. It also abuts to a trail system where one can mountain bike, hike, snowshoe, or cross country ski. GooseRocks beach is a 5 minute drive, and so is the "Port" or Kennebunkport center.
It is so quiet, quaint and feels like the perfect spot for families to enjoy all that the Kennebunks have to offer.
