PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The large living area is divided into three spaces:

- Comfortable lounge area
- Dining area for 6 people
- Fully equipped open kitchen (including dishwasher)
- The master suite features a queen-size bed (160cm), a dressing room, and an en-suite shower room with WC.
- The other two bedrooms each have two single beds (90cm) and a closet.
- Two additional shower rooms with WC complete the space.

WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD

After a few steps on Rue Bivouac Napoléon, you can:

- Indulge in pastries, cocktails, or fine dining at restaurants on Rue Hoche (2 min)
- Enjoy a leisurely stroll on the Croisette (1 min), read a book on a blue chair, play chess at the free-access tables, or indulge in Italian ice cream
- Reach the Palais des Festivals (1 min)
- Explore the city center on foot

Parking is paid in the surrounding streets.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).

Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.

Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.

After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.

All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
