In Lumio, 800 metres from the beach and the marina, in a small residence of 4 flats, Cocoonr offers this charming 64 m² air-conditioned flat with sea view, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 32 m² living room with fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 60 m² garden. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 32 m² living room with a double sofa bed and TV, Wifi included
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: bunk bed (two single beds)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For added comfort: high chair, cot, plancha.

Outside:
- A 60 m² enclosed garden, facing north
- A main terrace, with access through a bay window on the kitchen side, of 9m² with garden furniture and a parasol.
- Second wooden terrace of 5m² at the end of the garden, with two sun loungers to enjoy the sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in Lumio, in a very pleasant environment. Access to the beach is 800 metres away and the wild coast 1.5 km. You'll be close to a bakery, restaurant, bar and supermarket 800 metres away (close to the beach), and shopping centres 10 km away (Calvi and Ile Rousse).

What to do:
The Isle of Beauty abounds in both natural and cultural activities, so during your stay in Lumio you'll have the chance to make the most of the town's sunshine to head to its various beaches to enjoy some quiet time or try your hand at the many water sports: paddle, jetski, boat trips... If you're keen to discover new things, explore the surrounding area and discover its wonders: the ruins of Occi and the Agriates Desert are just waiting to be explored! For the more adventurous, quad biking, 4x4 excursions and hikes along the GR20 will seduce you.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the courtyard of the residence. This space is shared with the Villa's 4 other flats and is enclosed by a sliding gate.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Ile Rousse ferry terminal, about 20 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Calvi airport, about 11 minutes' drive away.

Other information:
- Free Wi-Fi available.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
