Rob & Stephanie purchased The Beachfront in 2021 and made this residential unit into a prized rental destination on Plum Island. Having rented summer places for years, we were determined to make sure we offer a rental experience that is top notch... minimal clutter... no mismatched silverware... or secondhand furniture for our renters' vacation stay.

The Beachfront blends stunning views, a well thought out space, and central location from which to take in all that Plum Island has to offer. Our unit offers renters a unique Plum Island experience for a perfect summer getaway. With the unit being refreshed in 2025 with a fresh coat of interior paint & updated furnishings, renters will enjoy a clean, relaxing and energizing space from which to enjoy the sights & sounds of Plum Island.
What makes this property unique
We can't stop talking about the view, but one foot onto the deck or into the residence and you'll see why. From the sunrise shimmering across the water, to the waves thrashing the jetty to surfers, kayakers & paddleboarders catching waves that crest along the sandbar during low tide there is always something to watch from every room in the place.
