Wow House was great for kids! Property management was disappointing.
The house was nice and very clean. It was a good fit for our extended family vacation and with 3 kids aged 1-5, the playroom and pool were big hits.
The living room could definitely use more comfy seating, as it wasn’t adequate for the number of guests that could sleep there. There was a broken door handle on the sliding glass door, but I blame that on the property management. The house is advertised as having a heated pool, but be aware, if you want heat you will pay a hefty additional charge, so a little false advertising. If you need an actual normal sized crib you will have to rent that as well.
The property management was not great. When I asked for an itemized bill for the add-ons (pool heat, crib, early entry) they did not immediately provide and instead sent me a “pre-cancellation notice” because these things had not yet been paid for, even though the full house rental amount had been paid in full weeks earlier. When we arrived there was no information provided on how, or where, to access the resort amenities. I called, got an answering service who said that someone would call me, but never heard another thing. For these reasons I would probably look somewhere besides Champions Gate if I was to return to the Orlando area.
