Welcome to Hogwarts! Our Hufflepuff Commons is the perfect place to hangout. It features a 75" smart TV and a custom made Nimbus 2000.
The Gryffindor dormitory features a custom made canopy bunk bed with two full size beds.
The Beauxbaton Castle is the perfect place to learn some wizardry.

RENOVATIONS

We pride ourselves in continuously renovating and trying to improve our guests' experience. Below is a list of recent renovations.

July 2020 - Pool converted to a saltwater system, replaced TVs in living room and two bedrooms with smart TVs, replaced receiver in theater room, added Roku to theater for streaming.

November 2020 - Installed Ring doorbell and outside cameras added for safety.

September 2021 - Redecorated the two kids bedrooms (Harry Potter and Princesses). Installed two new ceiling fans in the lanai.

January 2022 - New whole house AC units for upstairs and downstairs

July 2022 - Added mini-split air conditioning unit to game room.

October 2022 - Installed custom double over double castle bunkbed in Princess room. Will become Beauxbatons Castle in January 2023.

January/February 2023 - Transformed from The Legends to Villa 9 3/4.

June 2023 - New pool furniture and game room themed as Platform 9 3/4

Perfect Family Vaca!

This house was themed so well! Perfect off site for a Disney/Universal vaca. We had a concern about the hot tub and I kid you not Chris had someone there and it fixed right away. Beyond appreciate Chris being so responsive to me in that situation and in just chatting. This is our second property we’ve stayed at with Galaxy Beyond Villas and we will continue to use them everytime we come!

Had the most magical time!

Communication was fantastic from start to finish. The house was beautifully decorated right down to the smallest details. House was clean, pool was a favorite, along with the pool table and projector screen for late night movies! The bed was one of the comfiest I’ve slept on, even more than my own. My kids loved all of the themed rooms and also having their own bathrooms to use. Getting to the Disney parks was quick and easy, never any traffic. Ordering food from the onsite store and having it delivered was a nice perk as well. We will definitely book again if we come back to Florida!

This is an awesome home. The home itself is beautiful. We had to contact the owner for some minor issues that were quickly resolved. There is plenty of room in this home. The pool is great. There was no problem at all with getting in and out of the gated entrance and exit. We truly enjoyed our stay and if we are ever in the area again, will definitely stay here.

This house is the perfect place to stay if you are a Harry Potter fan! The details to the theming go above and beyond. It is also in an ideal location to Disney parks. We really enjoyed our stay!

Magical property

Great stay! Did not cook large meals but could see how they could be done in the kitchen with plenty of dishes etc. Very clean and organized. Pool did heat up by second day. But it was extremely cold those days.Great location.

Great Vacation with Family!

We stayed a week here with our family of 5 and my in laws at the beginning of April. Getting in and out of Windsor Hills was easy and the location was desirable with a Walmart just down the road. The community pool was very warm and not too crowded, but the slides and kids splash area were unfortunately too cold for my kids, ages 2, 5, and 6. The kids did enjoy the playground there in the mornings. The house was clean and as pictured. We enjoyed the home, but mostly the pool area! We paid for heat and it was great! We used the sit to stand stroller on a couple different occasions and it was so nice to have! We only noticed a few issues that should be addressed around the home, and we talked to Chris about them. He was on his way to the house for some repairs as we were leaving. Overall, we had a great time staying here and would stay here again in the future!

Great vacay home

Just checked out from staying at this home yesterday with my family. 3 families, 6 adults, 4 kids(ages 2-9). We stayed here for our first trip to Disney/Universal and this home definitely helped us make great memories. From the location, to the house, to the property amenities it exceeded our needs. From the day I first inquired about this property to check out the owner Chris was extremely nice amd ALWAYS prompt with his responses. We had a friend in the area that he accommodated by adding him to the list last minute to be able to visit multiple days with us. There was an issue with the pool/spa temperature but as stated he was very prompt with trying to resolve the issue which he was able to do within the next day and a half. Everything was very clean and cozy feeling. I would recommend staying here if your looking for a place with great location and an owner who prioritizes his guests assuring they have a great stay.

Ten Out of Ten Stay

We recently stayed at the Harry Potter villa with my family of three - two adults and our 8-year-old boy for 2 weeks. Our primary purpose for the visit was to explore Disney World, Discovery Cove, and the Kennedy Space Center, and this villa served as the perfect base for our trip. From the outset, the booking process was straightforward with very clear information. The owner was very responsive, ensuring that all our queries were promptly addressed. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a clean and well-organized villa. The check-in process was a breeze, with a code provided for the front door, eliminating the need for physical keys. Additionally, registering at the Windsor Hill gate was quick and hassle-free, especially considering we arrived around 4 pm. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, which was a significant plus for us. The villa's WiFi deserves a special mention. Both my husband and I had a few Teams and Zoom calls during our stay, and the connection was very good with no delays whatsoever. As for the proximity to the attractions, the distances to Epcot, Hollywood Studio, and Typhoon Lagoon were incredibly convenient. Although we didn't visit Magic Kingdom or Animal Kingdom while staying at the villa, I am sure they were also very close by. The surrounding area also has a lot of dining options. In conclusion, I would recommend this villa to anyone in search of a vacation rental. It ticks all the boxes in terms of comfort, convenience, and communication.

Our stay at 9 3/4 was pure magic! From horcruxes to Hogwarts décor, every inch of the house was a Harry Potter dream come true. We loved the game room, the pool, and discovering details everywhere we looked. We will be back in a heartbeat! A truly magical and memorable experience! The kitchen was well equipped and spacious, plenty of tables and chairs to eat comfortably. Pictures don’t do it justice! Top notch host so responsive!!!!

If anyone in your world is a Potter fan, THIS is your ideal stay in Orlando! There are surprises and little finds sprinkled throughout the house, so it's like an endless treasure hunt. It's incredibly roomy and perfect for unwinding after a long day at the park - our favorite was putting our feet up and watching a movie after soaking our tired feet in the pool or hot tub! The host, Chris, is incredibly attentive and responsive. An all-around magical, mystical stay!

I chose to book this property for my family who are huge Harry Potter fans for our Universal Studios/Disney Vacation. This home did not disappoint! Love that it is in a secured gated community. The home was clean and had all the amenities you need. The pool was a nice place to relax after hours at the parks. We enjoyed it so much that we didn't even make it to the club house pool. Nice quiet community to come home to after all the hustle and bustle of the parks. The owner stayed in contact with me during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed or if we had any questions. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat!!!

As Harry Potter fans we were very impressed with the decor and attention to detail in every aspect of the house. There was plenty of room for our multi-generational family to truly enjoy our stay. Coolest House Ever

We were at the house 4 nights for a cheer competition. We loved it. It was like having another attraction to go to. The kids loved watching Harry Potter in the garage/game room and my daughter was obsessed with the secret door. We felt secure with the gated neighborhood and had no neighbors behind us because of the brick wall. The property owner was quick to respond to my questions. The pool was heated when we arrived and the hot tub instructions were easy to understand. I’d happily stay here again.

Fun! Clean! Great House!

This house truly exceeded our expectations! It was impeccably clean and well-stocked, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The private pool was a delightful bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day at the parks. We also loved the playroom with the pool table—it provided endless entertainment. I don't care what anyone says! The place you stay, makes your vacation..... This house is so magical. From the moment you walk in the front door and get greeted by a ceiling full of stars, until you close your eyes in one of the 5 themed bedrooms, you feel joy!EVERYTHING was sparkling clean and well kept. Plenty of kitchen wear to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. The pool and hot tub provided many hours of entertainment and therapy (after walking miles around the parks). The massive movie screen in the game room was an added bonus! I highly recommend watching Jurassic Park in there. The sound was really amazing.Booking, communication, check-in and check-out all went very smooth. Chris was an A host from the moment we booked. He answered questions very quickly and thoroughly, checked in with us during our stay and followed up with us after. He definitely made our stay stress free and we plan to work with him again!We noticed that one of the blow dryers was not working correctly and our host had a new one delivered immediately! I've waited longer at a hotel, lol!LOCATION, LOCATION! The house is in a beautiful development. We felt very safe. The pool, clubhouse and gym were great! The staff was kind and had a great guest process in place. There are many options for dinner and a HUGE Walmart less than 1 mile away.I highly recommend staying at the Harry Potter Villa!

Great stay at an incredible house!

This is the 2nd time we've done a large group trip to Disney & booked one of Chris' fabulous houses. The house was incredible! The Harry Potter theme was so on point, and the house is HUGE with plenty of room for everyone to spread out or hang out together. We really enjoyed coming back to the house to relax and watch football or movies in the game/tv room. It was the perfect place to crash after a long day at the parks. It was too cold this time around to enjoy the pool or neighborhood pool amenities but during warm weather these are great perks, especially for kiddos!! Easy, quick access to the parks & Disney Springs made our commutes easy. We've stayed at many Disney Resorts & while a little closer to the parks, nothing beats having, more space, your own house, your own kitchen, and your own pool. Bonus, there is a gigantic Wal-Mart right down the street, so no stress if you forget something. Also, another place we loved and Door Dashed from was Lazy Dog Restaurant and Bar. DELISH! Chris is very communicative, answered every question in a jiff and makes things very easy for his guests. We've recommended his houses to friends, and wouldn't hesitate to book again in the near future. Thank you!!!

One of the most impactful experiences for us was the YMCA Parent-Child Program (formerly Indian Guides and Indian Princesses), where I eventually became the head volunteer for both groups. These programs were all about building meaningful bonds through fun, shared events—a philosophy I’ve carried into my work as a short-term rental host.

In 2018, a fellow dad introduced me to the idea of owning vacation homes near Disney. After some consideration, I purchased our first property—Galaxy Beyond—and spent the first year learning the ropes. That experience sparked a new passion, and by the end of 2019, I had added a second home—Princesses Assemble. When the pandemic hit, I leaned into the opportunity and added a third property in July 2020—now known as Villa 9 ¾, inspired by Harry Potter.

In early 2021, I left my full-time job to focus entirely on short-term rentals. Our fourth home, A Villa Far, Far Away, a Star Wars-themed retreat, was a full renovation project that unlocked a creative side I didn’t know I had. Since then, I’ve continued to expand and evolve our portfolio, including the Marvel-inspired SHIELD Safe House in 2022 and the transformation of Villa 9 ¾ in 2023.

Today, my mission is simple: to create immersive, memory-filled vacation homes where families can laugh, connect, and make the kind of memories that last a lifetime—just like I’ve done with my own.
