The house consists of two floors and can accommodate eight people: on the ground floor you will find two bedrooms, two bathrooms with toilet and guest toilet, the equipped kitchen, the dining room, the living room, the storage spaces and laundry room. You will also find the fully equipped independent studio (kitchen/ shower/ toilet/ TV.
Upstairs, there is the master bedroom, its double bathroom, shower, bath, dressing room and storage space and its separate toilet

The bamboo sun loungers arranged along the spacious 12x6m pink marble infinity pool - in a sun-drenched environment, with the vineyards of the prestigious Bertaud Belieu estate and the umbrella pines as neighbours - invite you to relax. The sun exposure is ideal and the sunsets are unforgettable.

The stone pool house keeps it cool, even at the hottest times of the year. Its summer kitchen and barbecue allow you to fully enjoy moments with family or friends by the pool.

A large wooden table under its arbour, in the shade of the sun, can also accommodate lunches and dinners for 8 people, in order to vary the atmosphere, unless you prefer the indoor dining room (ideal for 8 people) and the coolness of the air conditioning in the middle of summer or the warmth of the fireplace in winter.

The villa has 4 bedrooms with double beds, each with their own bathroom, including an independent studio for friends, with equipped kitchen and washing machine. All rooms of the house have air conditioning and heating, as well as quality wifi, in fibre optics. The 3 TVs give access to Netflix and satellite. All bedrooms have a double bed in 160x200cm
