We work closely with property owners to market and rent their homes, connecting them with the right guests. We’re a team of two local women—both moms—who bring a personal, hands-on approach to everything we do. We both have lived in the Vail Valley for nearly 30 years and have spent most of our careers in hospitality, with experience spanning real estate, property management, and sales and marketing.

The Austria Haus Club, Vail's original fractional residence club opened in December 1998 after 18 months of construction, coinciding with a memorable snowstorm. All 162 owner shares were sold by opening day, a testament to its appeal. While other properties have tried to replicate its success, the Austria Haus Club stands out. These fractional residences are privately managed by a member-elected Board of Directors. This unique arrangement ensures a high level of service and amenities for both club members and hotel guests, setting it apart in Vail's hospitality scene.

Why they chose this property

Vail, Colorado, is a stunning mountain town that offers a unique blend of outdoor adventure, cultural attractions, and upscale amenities. Nestled in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, Vail is renowned for its world-class skiing and snowboarding in the winter and its scenic beauty and outdoor activities in the summer.

One of the things I enjoy most about Vail is its vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. Despite being a popular tourist destination, Vail has managed to maintain a sense of community and charm that is truly special. The pedestrian-friendly streets are lined with charming alpine architecture, boutique shops, and art galleries, creating a picturesque setting that feels both cozy and upscale.

The natural beauty of Vail is another highlight of the neighborhood. Surrounded by towering mountains and lush forests, Vail offers breathtaking views and endless opportunities for outdoor adventure. Whether hiking through the mountains, biking along scenic trails, or simply taking in the beauty of the landscape, there is no shortage of ways to enjoy the great outdoors in Vail.

The cultural scene in Vail is also a major draw for me. The town is home to a number of art galleries, museums, and theaters, showcasing the work of local and international artists. The annual Vail International Dance Festival and Bravo! Vail Music Festival bring world-class performances to the area, adding to the cultural richness of the neighborhood.

One of my favorite things to do in Vail is to explore the culinary scene. The town boasts a diverse array of restaurants, ranging from casual eateries to fine dining establishments. Many restaurants in Vail focus on using locally sourced ingredients, resulting in fresh and flavorful dishes that highlight the best of the region's cuisine. Whether enjoying a leisurely meal at a sidewalk cafe or grabbing a quick bite between adventures, there is always something delicious to discover in Vail.

If you want a very charming, spacious condo in the heart of the vail village, you will not find a better place! When I return to Vail village, this WILL be the place I stay. It was literally perfect!
Susan, Little Rock, AR

This place exceeded our expectations! It’s perfect for families. You have plenty of space to spread out like in a standalone house, plus the convenience of the front desk/concierge/cleaning service and breakfast like you would have in a hotel. You cannot beat the location in the heart of vail village. We look forward to coming back.
Kristen, Austin, TX

What a great place to stay...pictures don't do it justice. We have a family of 5 and there was plenty of space. The living and dining room is very large with access to the balcony. There is a TV in every room (great with teenagers) and both bedrooms have a very nice and spacious bathroom. The kitchen offers modern appliances and everything you need if you decide to cook in the apartment. There is also a grill available that we personally didn't use. We love the view from the two balconies, with view of the mountains, town, pool and creek below. The hotel staff was extremely friendly, from the reception desk to the cleaning staff. The valet service and concierge were outstanding and very helpful with trips and directions. The location of the hotel is PERFECT with quick access to Vail town center and the highway to go visit other places. This is one of the best places we've stayed. I would give it 6-stars if it had the option....excellent!
