Had a wonderful stay! We had all we needed, the house was extremely clean and up-to-date and all appliances worked well. The deck was amazing…we spent a lot of time outside enjoying the view. Being able to walk to the beach with our little ones was perfect! We would definitely stay again!

Amazing trip

Everything was amazing! Would suggest to bring your own paper towels/trash bags/shampoo/body wash because that was not supplied. Other than that, it was the best stay with a large group. The beach was a very quick walk and house/views were gorgeous!

Only issues we had was ants coming up by the stove and there is a mouse living in the pantry.

We had to move our food from the counter top by the sink because the ants got in it.That was not bad, we just moved the food.

I enjoyed the sunrise on the porch every morning while reading! Our 5 grands loved the toy chest and the kid's games! The huge table was perfect for games. It was great having 3 bridges to get to the beach. Lesson learned: don't leave your cover up on the beach over night,ours was run over and destroyed by people on huge ATVs. Cobb Real Estate never disappoints! This is the fourth time renting with them, and we will continue with our next trip to Crystal Beach!

Easy check and check out. The house and grounds were impeccable. I have a pet peeve that the windows facing the ocean has to be clean otherwise I clean them myself on arrival and these windows were very clean already. Perfectly set up for our dog.You would never know that this house is pet friendly, honestly this house is so clean it looks like no one has ever stayed here before.Thank You Cobb Real Estate for taking care of us on such short notice.Tommy Harris
