On the 1st floor, this bright 20m2 studio has a fully equipped kitchen (2-burner ceramic hob, hood, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator) and a living room (TV, Wifi) with a 140x190 bed, a wardrobe, a dining area and a bathroom (shower, toilet and sink). You will have free access to the common garden of this small collective (4 apartments) with picnic table and garden furniture.

This apartment "Le Krogen (shellfish in Breton)" is located in the city centre, 400 metres from the Port of Sainte-Catherine and 300 metres from the coastal paths. From the accommodation, you can do everything on foot, the shops are in direct proximity!

In addition, you are 10 minutes from Lorient by water bus, 30 minutes drive from Auray, 45 minutes drive from Vannes.

Locmiquélic is a small town located in the south of the Morbihan department and in the Brittany region. Located near the Atlantic coast and directly overlooking the bay of Lorient, Locmiquélic is a town mainly turned towards the sea.
