During the stay, I checked in and encouraged communication so that any concerns could be addressed promptly. Aside from access and WiFi setup, which were assisted with in real time, the specific maintenance and supply issues listed in this review were not reported while the home was occupied. Had any of those items been brought to my attention during the stay, I would have taken steps to address them immediately. As outlined in the listing, this is a privately owned short-term rental, not a hotel. The home is stocked with standard starter supplies rather than full hotel-style amenities for extended stays. While expectations can vary, I’m always open to reasonable feedback and will review the items mentioned to determine what updates are appropriate. I’m sorry the home did not end up being the right fit for your expectations. My goal is always to provide a clean, comfortable stay and to resolve concerns when they are communicated in a timely manner.

We take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming property for our guests, and it’s unfortunate that the cleaning products used before your arrival created an unpleasant experience. While we’ve not encountered this issue before, I understand how it could have impacted your stay. Regarding the property’s condition, a storm had passed through shortly before your arrival, which led to some temporary outdoor debris. While we addressed this immediately after, I regret that it affected your first impression. Our refund policy is consistent with Vrbo’s guidelines, and while we were unable to offer a refund, I remain open to assisting with any travel insurance claims.
