Beach Bungalow

Beach Front Bungalow. This efficiency style suite on ground level includes one open room with full kitchen, bath, dining area, and sofa. Very comfy queen Murphy bed and a lofted queen bed sleep 4 people max. Walk out the back door to a private ocean front paradise with a 400 ft pier. The sandy beach entry is shallow water and perfect for kids and dogs to walk along. New pickleball court on side of home (14 ft wide). The end of the pier is deeper for boats to dock and fishermen to enjoy. Located in a residential neighborhood. Owners live upstairs in main home. Wifi is available. Electric car charging station, 50 amp plug type (for additional RV guest). Convenient to Pensacola Beach, Perdido Key, Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, fresh fish markets, grocery stores and restaurants. Watch the Blue Angels fly overhead during weekly practices and visit the free Aviation museum nearby. Two kayaks are available for guests to use. Beach towels are not provided. Pets are additional daily fee. Pets rules are online when booking. Entire home has water filtration system.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable bed. It was rainy the first part of our week and naps were had in abundance. The place is very convenient to several restaurants, most of which are dog friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I planned a last-minute getaway and came across this beautiful place. From the moment we saw it, we knew it would be perfect and it absolutely exceeded our expectations!Lorry is a fantastic host, and the property is both beautiful and incredibly peaceful. My adult daughters and had an incredible stay during our week in Pensacola. Lorry is a great communicator who replied quickly to even the silliest concerns; she did everything she could to ensure a stress free vacation. Views are beautiful. Blue angels are impressive! The dogs particularly loved running up and down the 400 foot dock surround by beautiful, clear waters.

Everything good. Our weather wasn’t good so we couldn’t really enjoy the amenities.Lightning was the only issue. Outside lights in back would be nice as we had a pet to take out in the dark. Inside soft lamps and or dimmers for ceiling lights would be nice. LED lights very bright.

We really enjoyed our stay! The kids absolutely loved fishing off the dock and seeing sting rays, crabs, and other animals. They also enjoyed making sandcastles and hunting for hermit crabs. It is only 8 minutes from Perdido key beach which happened to be our favorite one

Not really the place to take kids, If you are the type that likes feeling like you walking on egg shells on your vacation then this would be the place for you. If you like having a curfew while you’re on vacation starting from 9 PM to 8 AM then this is the place for you.. If you enjoy buying 400 worth of groceries to last for the week to have the refrigerator ruin them all, then this is the place for you, I did tell them but wasn’t offered anything for our loss..the owners always home watching and listening to everything.no washer or dryer or dishwasher access..I originally booked the stay from Sun-Mon for 8 nights prior to the stay I asked the host if we could move that to Fri-Fri since I had already paid months prior and she said yes, never mentioned that she would be pocketing the extra day without refunding it, so i thought well we are staying the same amount of days then just moving them, well that Fri morning she comes knocking saying yall got to leave so my confused self said well i never got the day refunded so I figured it was for the same amount of days..She didn’t respond but after looking at all my emails and receipts I contacted VRBO and was told the host never agreed to refund but she also never told me she would be stealing that from me bc obviously I wouldn’t had moved it. Never received a check in email so trying to get in, in the middle of the night was an issue.we paid for a 25 chair lost by wind of theirs but they never replaced what we lost…

The house rules were provided before your arrival, emailed again after check-in, and are also posted inside the home. Check-in instructions were sent in advance; however, you arrived at 2:30 a.m. (beating on the door and cursing) because you couldn't locate your entry instructions on your phone. We spoke several times during your stay to answer your questions that were already addressed in the house rules, and those conversations were always friendly. Your reservation clearly stated the dates of your stay and all applicable fees. The home's amenities and features are also fully described in the listing before booking. You left with all of your groceries except one bag of lettuce, which had frozen after the refrigerator was set to its coldest setting. I strive to provide accurate information and a positive experience for all guests. Everyone loves our place and our reviews are great which is why you booked with us.
