Incredible Stay

Our family of four with two young kidshad an excellent vacation at this property. Monika was very responsive and accommodating and the property is perfect for bringing kids. The proximity to the private beach is fantastic and the place has recently been renovated so is beautiful and practical. The entry way shower is perfect for rinsing sand off and the beach equipment and chairs were top notch. We enjoyed the hot tub, patio, and fire pit as well. Cannot say enough good things about this property. We plan to be back next summer!

Excellent location and remodeled house

The location was great! Beautiful neighborhood. Bathrooms all new. Living room beautiful. Backyard had lots of mosquitos. Hot tub was broken the whole trip. The owner sent a repairman but no success. Beach is a short walk. All beach equipment available in the house. No garage but ok. Very well set up for a family trip.

Our party of 11 from age 68 to 3 had an amazing time. We knew the area well as we had vacationed nearby many times. There was plenty to enjoy at the property, the fire pit, hot tub, large yard and patio, 3 porches, games, beach equipment, three large screen televisions and speaker system with plenty of tech charging options. On site washer/dryer made for quick refresh. Kitchen fully stocked! Expresso machine, Kitchen Aide mixer, blender, air-fryer, microwave, coffee, etc! We appreciated the supply of paper products, paper towels, TP, tissues that we did not have to run out to buy. The house itself very clean and comfortable with multiple hang out areas. It was well made with solid interior doors and nice finishing touches. AC was very efficient. And of course the beach! Only 40 stairs and 7-10min walk from the house. We have stayed at Lake MI beach houses with many more stairs, 60-90! This was a breeze but worth noting if you have someone in your party with mobility issues.We had previously visited local restaurants like THE STRAY DOG, REDAMAKERS, ROMAs PIZZA, BLACK CURRANT BAKE HOUSE and NEON MOON GELATO with revisits to Romas and Neon Moon(2-3 times). I would recommend all of them! Antiqueing! This visit BEER CHURCH! Wish we would have had time to go again! Great menu, service and atmosphere! Grocery at Barneys in New Buffalo was also very convenient.Our host, Monika was very responsive with any questions. We hope to return next year! The Musser Family

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is layed out perfectly where 8 adults can easily hang out. The large circle table was perfect for meals and playing lots of cards and games. We had a movie night in the large room with all the couches. Easy walk to the beach and great central location for visiting all the Harbor towns. House was wonderfully stocked with kitchen gear, a great table speaker and the towels and beach chairs allowed for one less thing for us to pack! Highly recommend this house!!
