Similar to Property 1184533 and 3124311, Enjoy New Buffalo in a recently renovated cottage (underwent full rehab in 2019) blocks from town with no detail spared in a home with the perfect mix of vintage charm and modern luxury.

As you enter the house you'll find a brand new kitchen that opens to a large dining area/converted sunroom with a table that seats 12 surrounded by windows. Off the kitchen is the living room with an oversized sofa with 2 chaises (Full foam mattress bed) and big screen TV, 2 bedrooms each with a Queen bed (one tv) and a newly renovated bathroom with vintage farmhouse tile. Upstairs, you'll find another bedroom that overlooks the backyard with a Full Daybed and pullout twin trundle, a master suite with King Bed, tv and full bath, and an additional rec room with a twin bed, additional TV, hanging chair, and play area for children. While we have central AC throughout the house, we also added ductless floor units in each of the upstairs bedrooms. All beds were recently purchased new with comfort and luxury in mind.

The property includes a huge private fenced yard with outdoor dining for 12, multiple trees for your dog to look for squirrels, barbeque grill, firepit area, as well as an oversized commercial size private heated pool. There’s also a converted garage space with 2nd fridge, large screen tv, foosball table and hang out area overlooking the pool. Depending on the seasons, you can also enjoy the apple trees in the front yard or Magnolia Tree. The driveway can comfortably fit 6-8 cars. You are within walking distance of New Buffalo shops and restaurants with Beer Church Brewery a quick stumble home.

All TVs are smart TVs with cable/HBO/Netflix/Roku, etc. The garage includes as many floats as you can imagine and games throughout the house. The home is well stocked so you can leave everything at home, from beach towels and toys, kitchen gadgets, linens, toiletries, etc. As discerning travelers, everything is setup to make your stay as comfortable as possible, whether for a family escape or a girls weekend. Please note the house is on the smaller so would recommend for no more than 8 adults.

We are conveniently located 0.4 miles from Beer Church, 0.5 miles to the downtown shops and restaurants, 0.7 miles to the Amtrak and 1 mile to the beach. We're also a few miles from Four Winds Casino, a quick drive to the Warren Dunes and/or Michigan City Prime Outlets. Notre Dame is only a 40 min drive and Chicago is a little over an hour drive or train ride.

Whether antiquing, doing a winery or brewery tour, taking the bike trails, exploring the shops and beach, and/or simply relaxing by the pool we have something for everyone! Well behaved dogs are considered with prior approval
