The owner responded very quickly to any questions or problems we might’ve had. Very easy to work with. The inside of the house was great very clean plenty of room. And when they say, the house is stocked, they mean it is stocked! Plenty of beach towels, toilet paper, paper towel, towels, etc., etc..Plenty of outside seating. Great fire pit and wood was covered so it was dry. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use it because it rained most of our trip.Pool was excellent. Great size. Lots of pool toys and games to play. The only complaint I have is at the garage has a very musty scent to itI would definitely rent this place again. Plus the location to the beach in downtown was perfect. A couple minutes drive to downtown and another minute to the beach.

Thanks Michele for the detailed review! We’re glad you enjoyed your stay despite the weather and would welcome you back anytime. We also noticed the garage smell which is new. I think the torrential rains all week and wet rugs were the cause. We’ve since pulled those out, ordered new ones and let it air out. Thanks for the feedback!

This is a beautiful home in the perfect location. The kids and grandkids enjoyed the pool and the backyard swing. The garage/rec room was perfect for watching football games. The kitchen is well equipped and the property is pet friendly. This is the third property of this owner that I have rented. You can't go wrong!
