5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths with an elevator and a second floor TV room. Features include wireless internet, ample storage on the ground level, 2 car garage, elevator access from the garage, large kitchen with island counter and a gas fireplace for off season rentals. On the top floor you will find the living room, dining area, kitchen, powder room, full common bathroom, bedroom with a queen bed, another bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a sitting room with a pull out queen sized sofa bed. On the second (middle) level there are two beach facing master bedroom suites with king size beds, private bathrooms and an adjoining deck. Also on this level is another bedroom with 2 twin beds, full common bathroom, a very large laundry/utility room and another game room with a pull out couch. BOOK THIS UNIT TODAY!
