Bring your own bed sheets and towels!!!! We didn’t even see that when booking this place because it was in the small fine print but this place doesn’t have linens.Otherwise we had a great time here and the hot tub was really nice

We are glad you enjoyed the place. Many families like to keep costs down, and bringing one’ s own linens is a great way to keep the cost lower.
Loved the location and was a great stay I do wish was alittle cleaner as the hottub had dirt on the seat and bottom you could feel and when put the futon down had crumbs all on it but otherwise was lovely stay
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was a short walk to the river, offering great views in all directions. It is also conveniently located close to multiple attractions.
The house was actually better than the pictures. We had a great time. Fire by the river, telling ghost stories and eating hotdogs. Owners were very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely go back

So glad you had a great time. Stories by the river sounds just perfect! Thanks for coming and Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
House was beautiful and as pictured. My dog loved running around in the huge fields. Host was helpful and communicative. Kitchen is stocked with everything you might need. Some items in the house were a bit finicky (fireplace, internet, tv) but we had a wonderful time and would return.

So glad you could enjoy the river and the property. The mountains are such a beautiful backdrop view as the Fall approaches. We hope you can come back again soon.
An ideal location for anyone looking to get away for a few days with the fam! Hot tub, fire, river, wildlife, seclusion, and more river! We're a nostalgic fam so we couldn't help but feel in awe of the place. Keep in mind cleaning up is requested and we were thankful we did everything the night before, it is a big place but all supplies are onsite. And pet friendly is always a plus!

So glad you could come and enjoy the river. We hope you have a great Fall!
This is a gem. Idyllic, breathtaking scenery..about as close to Mother Nature as you can possibly get while in a house versus back country camping. All we heard the entire stay was insects, birds, deer foraging and an occasional prop plane. I am so refreshed. I already rebooked!

Thanks for your review. We love birdwatching and nature is everywhere there! Thanks for appreciating the place and taking great care of it!
This was our fourth stay (Mar. '24, Jul. '24, Mar. '25, Sept. '25) at 'The Farmhouse' we always enjoy the time to unwind, relax and take in the clean country air. Enjoyed time down at the river, around the camp fire and, of course, the hot tub. Got a relaxing walk in on the Hawksbill Greenway Trail in old town, and lunch at A Taste of Home. Two trips to Castle Vineyard capped off a great relaxing, long holiday weekend.Looking forward to possibly a winter stay in a few months.
