Fantastic Stay!

Me and my partner loved it! It was close enough to everything so driving was easy and Ubering wasn't too expensive. The Kitchen was smaller than we expected but the rooms and everything included was great.It was also handy having a free washer and dryer for our clothes.

Simply lovely

Great little apartment! Exactly as advertised! Plenty of extra linens and towels and decently clean.For the most part it was quiet, aside from a few rowdy bar hoppers that decided to have an after party in the common area. We didnt mind it much, because we expected it. Urban Nashville was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We would 100% stay here again.

Everything you need, nothing you don’t.

Place was spotless and had everything you need for a short stay. Great communication and appreciated the parking. Comfortable beds. A few things make this a 4 star vs 5 star rating. The air conditioner was SO loud. It’s a single wall unit for the entire place but doesn’t reach the bedrooms. It does drown out the noise of the thin walls. Place also a little dark and had a slight dank smell. Decent place . But it won’t wow you. Communication and property management will. They were great.
