I would like to clarify Christine’s review. I confirm that the house is a historic house: it is 100 years old and was built in 1925. It is perfectly well maintained and serious maintenance is carried out on an ongoing basis. There is a professional cleaning team in charge of cleaning, a gardening team that comes every two weeks, and a pool maintenance team that comes every week. In addition, there is a maintenance person dedicated to the house. Concerning rodents, the house, like most houses in Florida, is under contract with an exterminator who comes once a month to carry out a preventative treatment against insects and rodents. We have not been aware of the presence of mice inside the house until now and the treatment carried out by the exterminator as a preventative measure has so far borne fruit. We have not noticed the presence of rodents in the house since Christine left and have reported the information that Jeffrey gave us to the exterminator who has made a special intervention since then. There is a Driveway that can accommodate four cars. One car was parked on the driveway and Christine could access the other three spaces. Note that parking is also free on the street at the foot of the house. Christine asked that the car that is parked on a part of the driveway, which is not attached to the main house, be removed which was refused. Christine expressed herself in her review, which allows me, for my part, to share this information in response. I leave it to future travelers to form their own opinions by reading the 5 stars reviews that have been left by travelers who preceded Christine.
