Two separated lofts each house a custom king platform bed with designer linens, bedding, & pillows; each upstairs loft incorporates a private & en-suite bathroom (bathroom has walls and a door/privacy), and sitting area.

***Protective mesh screen has recently been installed along entire upper railways and stairway for little ones.

**Guests allow children on property at GUEST'S OWN RISK.

**Completion and return of both Vacation Rental Lease Agreement and Pool Release Form are mandatory prior to providing directions, entry instructions, or entry.

**Base rate is set for 2 guests; each additional guest is $100/per night. Any on-site day-use guest who is not included in the overnight reservation is $100/per person/per day.

**Maximum number of people on site is 6 (six), per Chaffee County.

**Dogs/pets are not allowed on property. Guest is required to complete Pet Addendum prior to arrival if service dog is present on site.

**Each additional guest present on property (for any length of time) not indicated on reservation will be charged $100/per day/night. Host reserves the right to charge extra guest fee via Guest's security/damage deposit if more guests are on property than stated on reservation and/or terminate the reservation without recourse or refund.
