Beautiful Seasonal Rental Villa - La petite cocagne

Fully renovated, standalone villa—furnished and equipped with room-by-room air conditioning and heating—bright and very functional, with a covered terrace, enclosed garden, and pool. All located in a quiet setting. During the off-season, rentals are available on a flexible basis (minimum 3 days), by the week, or by the month. Silence is golden—if you love peace and quiet, you’re welcome here. This villa is not available for parties or evening gatherings. In addition to a summer terrace where you can enjoy a relaxing aperitif, you can gather around the fireplace in winter (October–March) for a moment of relaxation and reading.A small shed attached to the villa will come in handy for storing your bikes or other small gear. Guest Access: Your private pool is available from mid-May through mid-September (weather permitting). Outside of these dates, the pool is in winter storage mode.<br>Location: The villa is located a 300-meter walk from all shops, facing a stunning surrounding hill. Provençal market every Tuesday morning. Medical centre 200 m away, as well as a playground for little ones and a skate park for older kids. Close to the highway exit: “8 km separate you from the highway exit and your accommodation.” A7 highway, Sénas exit; Marseille Airport; Aix-en-Provence and Avignon TGV stations nearby. In the heart of Provence, equidistant from Marseille, Avignon, and Aix-en-Provence (“30 minutes”). Additional notes: Cleaning: Thorough cleaning as per the agreement. Cleaning service available for a flat fee of 50€. Payment on site.<br>Even with the cleaning package, we ask that you keep the premises clean. Sheets and towels are not provided: €20 per bed if you do not wish to bring your own. For your information: all mattresses and pillows have protective covers.
