The pinnacle of resort living at The Reserve I on Sugar Mountain. Just a few steps away from Sugar Mountain’s Summit Express ski lift and slopes at 5,300' elevation! Incredible unobstructed 240° southern exposure mountain views - see as far as Charlotte on a clear day.

Relax in front of the stunning stone gas vented fireplace in the great room or on the 300 sq. ft. observation deck (accessible from master and living room). Relish the spacious vaulted ceiling in the living room as well as the modern chef's kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counter tops and abundant storage. A full sized laundry available with adjacent trash compactor.

Enjoy single level living on the main floor with a large king sized bed master suite (with shower and separate soaking tub) and a sunny guest suite with queen sized bed and its own bathroom. A 3rd studio bedroom occupies the loft with two full-sized futon beds, an office desk and full bath. All bedrooms have ceiling fans for comfort.

This very comfortable 3 bedroom 3 bath luxury condo has wifi internet access, cable TV in the master, loft and living room (latter with Roku access for streaming apps). 6 step entry level stairs and partially level parking for 2 cars.

Just a quick drive to local attractions and activities such as skiing, golf, tennis, hiking, rafting, bike trails, farmer’s market, shopping, restaurants etc. NO PETS, NO SMOKING, 2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY / LONG TERM RENTERS WELCOME. Max occupancy is 6. 4x4/awd, chains or snow tires needed in winter. Also, EV charging is not allowed at the Reserve. There is a $100.00 fine for anyone found charging one. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.

The condo was very comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and washcloths for our weekend. Centrally located, Making it easy to get to attractions, restaurants, and the outlet mall. This was a great family weekend getaway.

Great place for a ski vacation

My buddies and I had a great time staying here at the cabin. The only thing lacking was a list of kitchen equipment/appliances which would’ve made meal planning easier; however, the kitchen ended up being pretty well stocked.

Amazing views Nice property

The rental property company was easy to work with. Property is well kept and clean. Furnishings are updated (bed at least in the master bedroom was very comfortable/premium). The views are outstanding! We were at the top of the development. Grandfather mountain to the left and the Roan to the right with Table Rock/other in between. Every day we would watch from the back porch other tourists drive up to the level below and take pictures. Sunsets were amazing. Have stayed in this development before and the views are always great but here these were a little more.

Everything about this property was as described. Actually more room than we had originally thought. Well stocked kitchen and wonderful fireplace with amazing views. Really enjoyed drinking my coffee each morning looking at the vistas.

Perfect winter retreat

Lovely property with a perfect location at the top of Sugar Mountain. Beautiful long range views and a quick walk to the ski slopes. Very comfortable space. The loft is a nice bonus to have extra space for my teenagers to escape. We hope to be back!

Took my wife and 3 college age daughters for a weekend. The place was as advertised and had a magnificent view! The place was spacious and had everything we needed to cook meals and hang out and play game, watch movies etc. Will definitely rent again!

Beautiful view and convenient location to heart of Banner Elk.

This place has the most amazing views. The condo was beautifully decorated and made for a wonderful weekend getaway. It was more space than we needed but could not pass up the opportunity to have those views for a couple of days. Conveniently located to heart of Banner Elk.
