Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 40 m² flat in Villarembert, with a ski station within walking distance, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a bathroom and a 5 m² balcony with views of the slopes. Ski in and out via the Tortue piste. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- An 18 m² living room with TV, a sofa-bed, a dining area and a washing machine in the cupboard.
- Open-plan kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, raclette/pierrade set, fondue set, waffle iron, filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: bunk bed.
- Bathroom with bath.
- Separate WC.

Outside:
- A south-facing balcony of approx. 4.5 m² with garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Villarembert, in a very pleasant setting in a quiet residence at the top of the Corbier resort, 250 metres from the chairlifts and ski lifts. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc.

Activities :
- You'll have plenty of activities at your disposal: downhill skiing, hiking, snowpark, paragliding or microlight flights, toboggan runs, dog-guided sleigh rides, snowmobiling, snowshoeing...
- Other ski areas: La Toussuire, Les Bottières, St Jean Arves/St Sorlin Arves, St Colomban des Villards accessible by various ski lifts, departing from Le Corbier.
- Numerous ESF activities, musical welcome drink, HARIBO toboggan race, human curling, farm visit, torchlit descent.
- A "Family Plus" resort since 2006, with activities for all ages.
- Sports activities: bike park with sledges and scooters for 3-12 year-olds / 7.4 km track for electric bikes, zip line, trampoline, paragliding, archery, exploring the peaks on horseback, fishing, canyoning...
- In the resort centre: heated swimming pool, hammam, jacuzzi and sauna.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the outdoor car park at the foot of the residence, no numbered spaces.

As for other means of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Ski bus shuttle to La Toussuire.
- Nearest train station: St Jean de Maurienne, approximately 28 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Lyon airport, about 2 hours away by car.

Other remarks :
- The resort is open from mid-December to mid-April and from the beginning of July to the end of August. Outside these periods, the resort and its shops are completely closed. These dates are non-contractual and are subject to adjustment by the Corbier resort.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
