Great communication from booking to the last day and very responsive to questions. A great location for our group of 8 to enjoy all the Nashville sites. The rooftop had a great view of Nashville skyline, a perfect stop to hang out.

We had a wonderful stay - 12 of us fit comfortably. The place was bright and clean, the beds were comfortable, the hot tub water was clean. There were places such as coffee shops, restaurants, and bars to walk to in the area, and the uber to Broadway was close (10 min) each time. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it here!

Overall our stay was good. There was plenty of room for our group. Just be prepared there are alot of stairs. The kitchen/living room was large, bedrooms were a good size along with bathrooms ans closets. It was nice that everyone had their own restroom. Centrally locates to some shopping and restuarants and a short ride to Broadway.

We took our grandkids to Nashville for July 4. Property is located within walking distance to Broadway and all the restaurants, museums, clubs, and shops. Easy pick-up by Uber, too. Temperatures were sweltering, so we spent more time indoors than we planned. Rooftop deck is great, but no shade. Very nice at night.Unit was well-equipped with kitchen tools, linens, seating and TVs. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. There were 10 in our party, with plenty of room and privacy for everyone.I highly recommend this short term rental.

Thanks for the 5-star review! Glad ♨️🌃 Hot Tub Heaven C @ The Gulch worked well for your July 4 trip — great location for Broadway and easy Uber access. Sorry the heat limited your outdoor time; the rooftop is lovely at night but doesn’t have shade. Happy the unit was well-equipped and that ten of you had plenty of room and privacy. Thanks for recommending us — you’re welcome back anytime.
