Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living space perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The living room features a sleeper sofa and flows seamlessly into the kitchen.
Each of the three bedrooms is comfortably furnished with a queen bed, providing restful space for everyone in your group. The two full bathrooms are conveniently located and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay for up to 8 guests.
Step outside and enjoy the second-row location, which places you just steps from public beach access—no need to pack up the car or cross busy roads. Rinse off the salt and sand at the community outdoor shower, then relax with a cool drink in the back yard or unwind indoors in the air conditioning.
Whether you're here to soak up the sun, fish, surf, or simply unwind, this condo offers a fantastic home base. You're also just minutes from local restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it easy to explore all that Atlantic Beach and the Crystal Coast have to offer.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list.
Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 + tax fine.

The place was the perfect size for my wife and two daughters! Well kept and easy access to the beach. First time in Atlantic Beach and we were very pleased with the amenities and laid back atmosphere

Beautiful place to stay

The kids (18 and 12) and I had a great time in the condo. All three rooms were clean and ready to go when we got there. Two of the rooms are a little cramped with the larger bed, but manageable. The kitchen was clean and comes stocked with dinnerware and cookware. There is also a washer and dryer so you can keep up with laundry and not have to pack as much as you might otherwise need to for a longer stay. Only a couple of minor things to report: 1) Bring hand soap and dish soap. None was provided. It's a short drive to food lion though, so no biggie. 2) The washer and dryer were not clean. The dryer had about a half inch thick matt of lint (and sand) in the filter. I'm guessing whoever cleans between guests didn't check it. The washer had some mold on the gasket. This happens when you don't let the washer air out by letting the door stay open when not in use for a while. We used a sponge and some bleach water and cleaned it up quite a bit. We then ran some oxy-clean washer cleaner (refresh) on the tub wash cycle before using. All was well afterward. All in all, it was a great stay at a great place to stay and we would definitely recommend. We would also rent it again if we're back in Atlantic Beach.

Wonderful property!

I and my current roommates rented this property for a week in August. It was fantastic! The unit feels very modern and fresh, with new floors, paint, countertops, and furniture. It's very well laid out and makes efficient use of space--you can comfortably use all three beds, plus the pull-out couch. The location is unbeatable. It's right by the beach access, within walking distance of the Circle, and has good road access. The WiFi worked well for those who are working from home. Check in and check out were very easy. Would recommend 100% and might stay here again!

Week at the beach

Condos are small, but we all squeezed in and played in the sand and surf all week. The location was so close to the boardwalk, we have two strollers and we were able to drag, babies, kids, and boogie boards to the beach. The beach is spacious even at high tide, it was what we expected and more.
