We had a wonderful vacation in this home. It had enough space for all 8 of us to be comfortable. We appreciated the 1st floor bedrooms especially with little ones! We got so much use out of the pool and loved how close to the beach it was, with yummy ice cream on the way! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Scott’s place was fabulous. Very convenient for beach access and nearby restaurants and ice cream! He conveniently had beach chairs we could use. Accommodations were very comfortable and clean. We had 3 kids and 2 adults and loved the floor plan to separate us a bit. Great view from top floor balcony. Quick and friendly communication the entire stay. We’ll be back for sure!!

We thought the home was a great choice with easy access to the Beach. Balcony for views, and beach shopping on the block. Very clean, nicely appointed, and an excellent location. The host were very communicative and helpful . This is a good one, don't wait too long if its open and you are looking for a great place in Atlantic Beach!

This property was beautiful, clean and new. Located right in the heart of Atlantic Beach, it’s only a few blocks from the beach and it has a nice swimming pool. The house and location were perfect! Communication was provided by host, well in advance of our trip and throughout our stay. The house itself was clean and well furnished, plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Beach is just a short walk - very convenient, and several shops within walking distance. The pool looked clean and well taken care of (we did not use). Enjoyed our stay.
