Exceptional. Look no further. This condo is one of the best equipped with all Atlantic Beach has to offer. Easy, 1st floor access on end of building. Elevators nearby. Your vacation home will comfortably sleep 6. All rooms have new ceiling fans. Master bedroom with queen bed, private full bath and smart TV. 2nd bedroom has 2 single twin beds and smart TV....En-suite when hall door is closed Third bedroom has a queen bed, private full bath and smart TV. Private WIFI included. 3 outside balconies. 2 balconies overlooking pool and ocean. 1 balcony overlooking outdoor community charcoal grills. Excellent location with easy, private access to the beach. At least 6 beach chairs, some beach toys and boogie boards included. Community Outdoor showers and 4 recently renovated outdoor pools. Take a stroll down the pier and watch boats go by on the day dock. Bring your bikes to visit the top rated public park, championship putt putt, children’s waterpark, Venice Beach style skate park, plentiful variety of restaurants and a Food Lion. All less than a mile away and accessible by large flat sidewalks with crosswalks where needed.
All of the buildings at Dunescape have parking lots near the unit. If you need extra parking you can use the overflow parking across the street. 2 parking passes included for parking at unit.

All bathrooms are remodeled.

7 night minimum weekly rentals from Labor Day until Memorial Day. Saturday to Saturday. 3 night minimum for the Beach music festival. 2 night minimum otherwise.
Linens and bath towels provided. Please bring your own beach and pool towels.

Wonderful place

We loved our time in Atlantic beach. Beautiful location. Very clean condo that was well furnished. My only complaint is the pricing model with VRBO. While the listing shows a reasonable price, there were over $400 in additional fees for 3 nights.

This is a gem of a location

The condo was VERY clean, it was much nicer than the photos appeared. The owners were clear and easy to reach. I would highly recommend this location for families who want a quiet beach week.

Dunescape is a great place at Atlantic Beach. Dallas was very hospitable throughout the process. We did have a drain issue with one of the showers, and he addressed it. Most enjoyable beach vacation.

Wonderful property

We really enjoyed our stay at this oceanfront condo. The condo was clean and had everything you could think of for your stay. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware too. We loved that we were able to use the locker downstairs too for your beach chairs, etc. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Beautiful beachfront condo

We had a wonderful week at this Dunescape condo. We’ve been vacationing as a family here for over 50 years. My husbands family has a beach cottage and as our family has grown and grown we least need to rent more condos. This condo is one of the best!

Nice place to stay

The condo layout is great with 2 ensuite bathrooms, and a 3rd bathroom that is essentially private for the 3rd bedroom. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly when I reached out to them - our stay corresponded to the arrival of a tropical storm :( The beach locker was FULL of stuff so no need to bring it all yourself.

Relaxing stay, beach access & great pool time

We stayed at Dallas's place which accommodated our group of 4 very easily. Kitchen was well stoked with necessities. Best part was the easy beach access which is less then a 100 ft. In my opinion that is the best part and it is probably the best beach in the area very flat and family friendly. Kids enjoyed a lot in the pool as well! We will come back again!

Atlantic Beach Adventures

My family of 7 stayed at the property for 1 week. The property is beautifully decorated, inviting, kitchen had everything we needed as well as the convenience of beach chairs, umbrella, boogies boards, bikes and more! We enjoyed tbe beach and pools, visited the aquarium, Fort Macon and even took a ride on a pirate ship! We biked to local food store and Dairy Queen regularly. Duncan was a great host, ready to answer any questions quickly. We look forward to an even longer stay next year!

Family beach trip

We had a wonderful time staying here. We have stayed at dunescape for many many years, and this newly renovated condo is beautiful and has everything you need to feel at home away from home. We love the end units with the extra windows on the side that add more light, and the bathrooms are modern (the best/prettiest we’ve ever had at dunescape). Plenty of appliances and plates/silverware, and the smart TV is always a hit for us to be able to watch our own movies at the end of the day. The owners are very responsive and actually reach out on their own to check in & make sure you are doing well and finding everything you need. Would 100% recommend and would come stay there again in a heartbeat. And don’t miss out on the AB ice cream shop each night! The perfect ending to a beach day!

Look No Further

My family spent a week at this property and thoroughly enjoyed it. The condo was clean and tidy. You couldn’t hear any noise from neighbors beside or above us. The beach is flat and wide making it perfect to play. It is not crowded and pet friendly. We were literally steps away from the ocean and could sit poolside on our balcony. We loved having both options as sometimes it was a bit windy at the beach. The rental is well stocked with more than we anticipated. The locker downstairs contains all you need for a fun vacation including chairs, umbrellas and body boards. We loved having the use of the bikes to explore nearby shops. There is a small shopping center and Food Lion less than a mile away. There is also a town park which has a splash pad, putt putt, skateboarding and outdoor movies within 3/4 mile. You MUST eat at Amos Mosquitos and try the meatloaf. You won’t be disappointed. Also go explore Beaufort (It’s beautiful) and take the Water Bug Tour. Dallas was always available and answered any questions we had with a quick reply. We love Dunescape Villas and hope to return. Thanks for the memories!

We love Atlantic Beach with its many entertainment options and restaurants. We enjoy fishing, riding bikes and spending time on the beach. Dunescape is in the center of it all.
There are excellent year round activities.

What makes this property unique

This condo is on the first floor at the end of the building, so if you don’t want to wait on an elevator, it’s quick convenient access. We love the location with the proximity to the pool and beach. It also has just the right amount of space for our family. We hope everyone enjoys it as much as we do.
