Oceanfront townhome features 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Direct ocean view from oceanfront deck and easy beach access via boardwalk exclusively for townhome unit owners. Professionally decorated with fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. This unit has 3 cable TVS including a 48 inch HDTV in living area and wireless high speed internet. There is a washer and dryer on the main floor, an enclosed h/c outside shower and a gas grill. Master bedroom on upper level has a king bed and private master bathroom. There are two more upper level bedrooms one with a Queen the other is a full bed with a pull out twin trundle in third bedroom.. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. Two parking spaces per unit

This is a beautiful, well maintained home that literally has everything you could need to enjoy a beach vacation! Just pack your clothes because Janice has thought of everything else! Communication with the host was necessary on several occasions during our stay and she always responded promptly and took care of the issues at hand. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect for a beach getaway

This townhouse was exactly what we were looking for, and easy relaxing beach getaway ....right on the beach, beautiful views, and every amenity we needed was stocked (beach towels, chairs, toys, games, fishing bucket, kitchen supplies, etc- you name it, this townhome had it). We will definitely be back to this clean beautiful beach home!

Beyond all expectations

Great location with a beautiful ocean view and lovely, comfortable accommodations. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided. Our host, Janice, was extremely helpful and friendly. Our time there could not have worked out more perfectly or have been more enjoyable. So glad we found this place. It was worth the trip from Texas and Alabama.

Lovely Oceanfront Townhouse with Incredible Views and Beach Access

We had a great weekend getaway (2 couples with their smallish kids) in this oceanfront townhouse that has incredible views and direct private beach access. The home was clean, nicely decorated and came with many little things that typically you don't find (like soap, paper products, a plethora of beach chairs and beach toys for the kids, etc.). We'll definitely keep this place in mind for future beach getaways!

The property was clean and located is nice quiet neighborhood. Access to the beach was easy due to the boardwalk and close proximity to the beach. Covered parking for 1 vehicle was sufficient for larger vehicles and made loading and unloading that much easier. If your looking to stay in the area this is a property to have on your list.

Wonderful experience

This was our first time visiting the area and this place was perfect for our family of 4. The unit had everything we could want and more. It was clean, modern, and was well stocked. We had plenty of space and the views were amazing with easy access to the beach, which was quiet and peaceful. Janice was very responsive. Would book again in a heartbeat!

Spring Break retreat

My Mom, sister and our 4 kids loved our short getaway to the beach! The cottage was great! We loved the hammock on the deck overlooking the ocean. It was very well stocked and clean. Having the beach equipment available made packing so easy! It was all stored and kept so nicely. The outdoor shower was convenient, too! We loved the view of the beach and convenience of the boardwalk. We will be looking for a time to return!

Sea Ridge Vrbo review

The condo was great! Only negative was the 3 flights of stairs. Evidently, the prior guests left the place in shambles requiring the cleaner to take extra time to clean/prepare the condo for our stay. We arrived at the condo at approximately 2:45 pm while cleaning service was still working. We were delayed by approximately 1 1/2 hours before check-in because of late completion of preparation.

Welcoming for Grayson

The impromptu trip to Indian Beach was brought about by my future daughter-in and son’s birthing of their son, my first grandchild. I contacted the host to see if an early check in was available, they confirmed and i made the reservation. We arrived to the home and were very pleased. The view from the living room is amazing. The back deck, is well furnished for a large group and the proximity to the waterfront is fantastic. The kitchen provided for good meal preparation and again the view enhanced the enjoyment of a good wine while cooking. The three bedrooms on the upper level are comfortable and the beds themselves provide a good nights rest. A very short walk out to the beach afforded us quick access to the beach and some much needed time together. Of course the reason for the stay was primarily to celebrate our new grandson and his parents on the beautiful addition to their family and the stay at this beautiful home gave us all the more reason to celebrate family.

We were very happy with our stay at Janice's condo, was well worth it! Place was nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need, nice to have chairs, umbrellas and towels. Definitely would suggest this ,wish we could have stayed longer. We celebrated my sons wedding and we had a perfect weekend! Thank you Janice fir all your help getting back to me when i needed info.

My family and I absolutely loved being able to stay in Janice’s beach home for the week. We were calling it our own personal paradise. The entire home is, spotless clean, and perfectly decorated in calming beach deco. But the star of the show is that deck! You literally can grab a cup of coffe in the AM and open up the patio door to enjoy a picturesque view of a front row ticket to the ocean. Nothing more relaxing than hearing, seeing, and smelling those waves as they roll onto the beach. Janice had everything you could think of that made this trip so entirely enjoyable in her home. Such a wonderful, responsive host! I had asked if she had any towels and a grill so as I could figure out what we needed to pack and grab on the way in. She went out of her way to make sure a new grill was there for us since her other one had just recently broke. Who does that!?! Janice!! Could not say thank you enough!! There was also an entire shelf full of beach towels as well as an outside closet that held beach chairs, a “tent”, and kids beach toys galore! And thank heavens for the outside shower that saved us from bringing in loads of sand. We also loved and appreciated that there was sunscreen/oil and shampoo as well as body wash in all the showers. So helpful, especially for guests flying in with a carry on. We have already asked Janice to sign us up for next year that’s how much we enjoyed her home! If your looking for a beautiful beach home go no further, reserve this one!
