You are going to love this almost brand new 3 level luxury beach townhome that features 3 bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom! Each level features a serene, private, spacious covered outdoor area to enjoy the sunrise AND the sunset-a rarity!! The backyard is FENCED in with a privacy fence! The entire home is professionally furnished and decorated with high end furniture and decor. LINENS and towels included-Wifi, garbage bags, paper products, detergents and basic soaps to make your stay easier!

Bunk Room: Great hang out area! This BR is huge with a twin bed, custom full (double) over full bunk bed that's suitable for kids or adults (sturdy and plenty of head room on the bottom). There's also an extra fold up twin bed. A large walk in closet allows you put your clothes away and not live out of a suitcase. Full bathroom with tub/shower combo, a sliding door which leads to large covered balcony with seating. Retreat to this deck and gaze at the twinkling constellations under a cozy blanket. We have installed black out curtains to allow you or your children to enjoy a long nights sleep. Kids love to have movie night on the Roku TV in this room!

King Room: Enjoy the sunset and sunrise from the HUGE second Master BR with a King bed, sliding door (with child lock) leading out to a third covered balcony with seating. The bathroom is spacious with a double sink and walk in shower. Enjoy a late night show in this very private room on the top floor.

You will be given a custom entry code for ease and security-don’t have to worry about your code being the same code that’s been used for years!

The Resort like POOL and open-air clubhouse are tentatively open April 1st-Oct 15th (weather dependent and subject to close at community discretion)

Adjacent to BEACH ACCESS just across the street for easy access (short, easy walk from unit with a crosswalk that has button to stop traffic) taking you directly to the beach with amazingly calm and shallow water since it’s southern facing. You are welcome to use the beach stuff (beach wagon, beach chairs, toys etc.).

Enjoy a short walk to/along the SOUND side! A public boat ramp and sound front fishing pier are located just within 3 blocks.

The community also features a brand new PLAYGROUND for children to play on and a large grassy FIELD to enjoy. Located in the beach community of Seaside Villas, a hidden treasure that was just completed in 2020!

EXCELLENT LOCATION! Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Couple minute drive from Morehead City waterfront, historic BEAUFORT, NC AQUARIUM at Pine Knoll Shores, Fort Macon State Park and Atlantic Beach Town Park that includes splash pad, playground and outdoor skateboard park. Go visit the wild horses in Shackleford Banks from a short boat ride from nearby Beaufort (named Best Small Town for Adventure in USA Today and America's Favorite Town in Travel and Leisure).

The town of Atlantic Beach is situated on the pristine sands of Bogue Banks, a barrier island bordered by the Atlantic Ocean and Bogue Sound. With easy beach access to one of Coastal Living Magazines "Best Beaches" and a range of dining, shopping, and unique attractions to enjoy, AB is an amazing jewel to visit!

Dogs allowed on case by case basis with a $195 non-refundable pet fee. 2 dog maximum.
