Beach Vacation

Great location. Easy walk to the beach. The property was clean and well decorated. Pool was great and the owners were very responsive. The neighbors are also great.

We were the first guests for the season so there were a few aspects that still needed to be worked out. The owner, Sonny, was very easy to communicate with and very on task to provide us an excellent stay. The condo is situated nicely with convenient access to the attractions of the surrounding area and of course to the beach. It is a quiet complex with a fabulous community deck overlooking the ocean. The bathrooms were equipped with plenty of towels, tissue, and soaps and the beds had extra blankets and pillows. These might seem trivial to some guests, but it made our stay easier for 6 people. Our multigenerational family enjoyed our visit here.

Another great trip

We had such a great stay our first time that we had to return. Everyone loves it here; the environment is great- the people, the beach, and all the other fun things to do around the local area. We couldn’t have asked for a better family beach trip and look forward to making this an annual vacation getaway.

Best stay ever

The property was beautiful and clean. The house was stocked with everything you need. Beds were very comfortable. Many of the neighbors were owners and we could not have felt more welcome. Short walk to beach and pool. Would love to stay again!!

Wonderful and perfect for a family week at the beach!

This property had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. Clean, comfortable and updated with all the accessories and appliances you need to cook. The covered porch was where we all enjoyed hanging out. Friendly community and owner was so kind and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again!

This property was just perfect for four adult friends. We had an amazing time. Our host was attentive and the unit was well set up! The beach was wonderful. Neighbors were so nice and gave us great advice for where to go.

5 STARS! Our host was amazing! Easy to communicate with and very friendly. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed (towels, washcloths, hand towels, pots, pans, dishes, soap, shampoo, beds already made, etc.). The pool & beach were just a few steps away, They had showers and hoses as soon as you came off the beach to wash off all the sand. This condo is 4 stories. Bottom floor room is washer/dryer, storage for chairs, umbrellas, pool toys, and the exit/entrance to the carport. Head up a few steps to the living room area (where the front door and French doors are located that lead to walkway to beach and pool), up another short flight to kitchen, dining room & half bath. Up another flight to the bedroom with a daybed & trundle. Up one more flight to the master with en suite and king bed, and bedroom with queen size bed, & the full bath. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Sonny for a wonderful stay!!

Unique Condo on the Beach!

We had a great family trip to Pine Knoll Shores! The condo was super close to the beach and the great sized pool! We loved the boardwalk on the inside of the condos that lead to the observation deck. The different levels of living also made the trip really fun for our group. The only draw back is the water pressure is very low in the showers and the water never gets hot in the showers. The sink water got warm, but the showers were always cold. Other than that, this was a perfect place and trip!

Pine Knoll Shores

This is a nice place! Lots of space. Nice pool. Easy to the beach. Nice neighbors. Bathrooms could use updated. Our family cooks a lot on vacation too so some cookware updates are needed. Carport is very nice. Really everything you need. We would go back here in a second and may do so. Renee is a great host and very attentive.

Renee's condo was perfect for our family of 5. The location to the beach was wonderful. Just steps down. The beach was nice and quiet. You can easily go back to the condo if you need anything, because it is so close. It's about a 10 minute drive to any stores or restaurants. But we didn't mind this. Our only complaint would be the lack of hot water and water pressure. Not sure if that is a building issue. If it hadn't been for the water, we would have rated it 5 stars. Everything else was amazing! Thank you.

The property was nicely decorated and very clean inside. We really enjoyed sitting out on the little patio for coffee in the mornings. Very close to the beach entrance making it easy to go back and forth with our grand girls. Our girls loved being close to the pool to end our beach days there. We had a slight hiccup a few days in with the door code and the property owner was super friendly and got back to me immediately. He even stopped by to resolve the issue. We would definitely come back for another stay here.

We just got home from our second summer vacationing here. It feels like home away home for our family of four. It is a beautifully decorated, clean, cozy unit, just steps away from both the pool and the ocean. The kitchen is well-equipped, and we especially love the balcony for lounging in the morning or after a swim in the late afternoon. The neighbors are friendly, and Renee (the host) is super responsive without being intrusive. Highly recommend!We will keep coming back as long as we can.

Host and owner were on point. We had a small problem and the owner was there is a timely manner to repair the problem. The condo is very close to a really nice beach area. There was a putt putt and go kart track close by as well as several nice restaurants. The condo grounds were excellent and we all enjoyed the courtyard boardwalk and sitting area overlooking the beach. The deck off of the dining room was really nice and used everyday as it was mostly shaded with a large overhead fan You will not be disappointed
