We had a wonderful vacation in this home. It had enough space for all 8 of us to be comfortable. We appreciated the 1st floor bedrooms especially with little ones! We got so much use out of the pool and loved how close to the beach it was, with yummy ice cream on the way! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Scott’s place was fabulous. Very convenient for beach access and nearby restaurants and ice cream! He conveniently had beach chairs we could use. Accommodations were very comfortable and clean. We had 3 kids and 2 adults and loved the floor plan to separate us a bit. Great view from top floor balcony. Quick and friendly communication the entire stay. We’ll be back for sure!!

We thought the home was a great choice with easy access to the Beach. Balcony for views, and beach shopping on the block. Very clean, nicely appointed, and an excellent location. The host were very communicative and helpful . This is a good one, don't wait too long if its open and you are looking for a great place in Atlantic Beach!

This property was beautiful, clean and new. Located right in the heart of Atlantic Beach, it’s only a few blocks from the beach and it has a nice swimming pool. Scott, the owner, made the check-in and check-out very easy.The beds were comfy too. Our family had a great time at this property and would highly recommend it!Julie K.

We came to Atlantic Beach with our family. Some went fishing. They caught so many fish and different types of fish; they were flat exhausted! The rest of us enjoyed the 80 degree weather in October by hanging out at the ocean. In the evenings we laid by the pool. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. The house was a very short and easy walk to the ocean. Many restaurants are within walking distance. Shops as well. We love Atlantic Beach in the fall for great fishing and fun with the family! Wonderful fishing! Wonderful stay! Would definitely return to this rental.
