The condo is located less than 15 minutes to the middle of downtown Gatlinburg! The condo sleeps 4 guests with a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa. It also features one full bathroom with a tub/shower! The condo complex offers tons of amenities including indoor and outdoor pool as well as indoor hot tub! Come visit today!

The Neighborhood:
This gorgeous condo is only 3.6 miles to the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! It features plenty of amenities! The condo complex offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, game room, gas grills, seasonal firewood, and washer/dryer facilities (pay).

Getting Around:
We always recommend 4x4 wheel drive for any condo in The Great Smoky Mountains to be extra safe. Paved roads all the way up and paved parking, too.

Other Things to Note:
The indoor pool and hot tub are temporarily closed due to repairs. They are working hard to finish these repairs asap, but we do not have an updated completion date at this time.

Must be 21 or older to book this condo.

This condo sleeps 4 guests maximum.

We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way up and without any inclement water any car should be fine, but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area.

The fireplace is wood burning. We do not provide firewood. The condo complex provides firewood seasonally with no set days.

Coffee maker is a regular coffee maker. (Bring your own coffee)

Great mountain side condo

Charming

The views were amazing. There was plenty of parking and all the people we ran into were very nice. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was high enough on the mountain to give us spectacular views, but yet we were still close to attractions and the National Park. Also, the owner checked in via text, and email to make sure that there were no issues.
