Very pleasant, very comfortable house in a cool neighborhood. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. Plenty of space for a decent size family or group to hang out. Check out was very simple and easy.

Great spot for exploring Germantown

Great location! This is a clean and interesting shotgun-style house in the heart of Germantown. A block away from Hauck's and Hop Atomica brewery, and under a 10 minute walk from tons of good bars and restaurants. Owner was communicative beforehand to let us know all the necessary details. I would absolutely recommend this spot for friends or family looking for a quiet place with good access to the local area.

Wonderful house centrally located in Germantown

I loved the feel of the house. You could tell it had been there for a long time but was well taken care of. The beds were super comfortable and i appreciated that there was no TV in any bedroom. The wall of boardgames was a really nice touch.

Came to the V’ille for the PGA Championship and choose to stay in Germantown. Great neighborhood, would come back to spend more time there!

The hosts were very communicative, the place was clean and comfortable for all three of us. Close to everything. It served as a great HQ for our bourbon trail adventures.

Great vacation spot

Easy check-in/check-out process, house met all needs. I will definitely book this again the next time I visit. Short walking distance to several restaurants, bars, and breweries. Quick Uber/Lyft to downtown Louisville.

We had a wonderful time. The location was great and close to a lot of attractions and food options. The home wasn’t as clean as we were hoping for (sheets and dishwasher) but over all we really enjoyed our stay.
