Check in was easy and we had a nice stay. We didnt use the kitchen but the living room was comfy and the house was cool in the hot days!

Great location, as it's close to tons of bars and restaurants. Overall a very good property.However, it did have several things that made it less than perfect, such as not enough silverware, some burned out light bulbs, and the overall feeling that it needs a bit of fixing up due to small things (e.g. cracked floor on front porch, gap in counter in front of the kitchen sink, no sink stopper, loose nail in the wood floor that caught on my sock, and a couple of other minor things).There is lots of original artwork and a nice library, but no place to read at night with a bright light.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. It is a nice house in a great location. There are new bars and restaurants each time we have stayed. The house is clean and well-cared for. The check-in and check-out are very easy. It has lots of space for family dinners and games to play with our grandson.

Perfect for our purpose. A short visit to do the mega cavern and go to Mammoth National Park. Close to everything we were interested in.

The house was awesome. Loved the location with multiple restaurants plus the brewery within walking distance. We were at the Kentucky Exposition Center for the North American Bee Expo so this location was perfect.

I want to clarify this statement. I was not sitting outside the house watching guests. A nearby neighbor contacted me due to excessive noise. When I arrived to address the complaint, there were over 20 people present, and they were asked to leave. I later returned around 3:00 a.m. after being notified that the group had come back. My presence was solely to enforce house rules and ensure respect for the neighborhood.

Very pleasant, very comfortable house in a cool neighborhood. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. Plenty of space for a decent size family or group to hang out. Check out was very simple and easy.

cozy and artsy stay in Germantown

The hosts were very communicative, the place was clean and comfortable for all three of us. Close to everything. It served as a great HQ for our bourbon trail adventures.

Great spot for exploring Germantown

Great location! This is a clean and interesting shotgun-style house in the heart of Germantown. A block away from Hauck's and Hop Atomica brewery, and under a 10 minute walk from tons of good bars and restaurants. Owner was communicative beforehand to let us know all the necessary details. I would absolutely recommend this spot for friends or family looking for a quiet place with good access to the local area.
