The apartment is located in a traffic-free area by a sandy beach. It has a balcony with a wonderful sea view over and the entire bay of Diano Marina and Cervo. It has a spacious enough balcony to enjoy a hearty breakfast in the morning, and the beautiful view of the beach and bay in the evenings. The second floor apartment has a lift and sleeps four comfortably; it comprises a double bedroom and a living room with pull-out sofa bed. Nearby you'll find some very fine restaurants, bars and other places of interest. It is ideal for a guests wanting to enjoy a beach holiday without a car, or for trips into the surrounding countryside. The town has inviting sandy beaches, which are free and also private, as well as many more excellent facilities, such as entertainment events throughout the year.

Die Kommunikation und die Schlüsselübergabe haben wunderbar funktioniert. Wohnung für zwei Personen ideal. Blick direkt aufs Meer, Strand in 20 Meter Entfernung. Alle notwendigen Dinge für eine Ferienwohnung müssen selbst mitgebracht werden (Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier Salz, Pfeffer,Öl, Zucker usw. ). Normale Küchenausstattung vorhanden. Parkplatz in der Hauptsaison schwierig. Im Juni vor Beginn der Hauptsaison schön ruhig. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Linienbus ebenfalls in sehr gut zu erreichen.

San Bartolomeo

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön gelegen direkt an der Standpromenade. Perfekt für eine oder zwei Personen. Nur wenige Meter zum Strand. Der Balkon bietet einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Es ist alles in Laufnähe: der Strand, verschiedene Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bushaltestelle... Es war sehr ruhig, allerdings lag der Zeitraum noch in der Vorsaison. Sehr schön für einen Urlaub ohne viel action, für junge Menschen vermutlich langweilig.

Renovierungsbedürftige Wohnung in Toplage

Die Lage der mittelgroßen Wohnung, ruhig, mit Meerblick und Balkon, direkt am Sandstrand und an der schönen Uferpromenade von Diana Marina gelegen, ist traumhaft. Sie müsste jedoch dringend renoviert werden: Fenster schließen nicht, Bad ist heruntergekommen, Fernseher sehr veraltet.

wonderful holidays

The furniture was comfortable. The balcony with the panorama of the sea is perfect. The excursions in the neighbour citys is suggested. The relaxation in this app. was perfect.
