In the quaint village of Terzorio, overlooking the sea, in the historic center,
first floor apartment with independent entrance, vaulted ceiling, exposed stone, shabby chic white wooden furniture, very spacious and bright dining room, 32 inch flat screen tv with usb input, sofa bed ( single), kitchenette equipped with everything you need, bedroom with French bed, 140 cm, chest of drawers and 20-inch flat screen TV, bedroom with bunk bed and built-in wardrobe, full bathroom. (shower, washing machine)
Very quiet and silent place, an ideal mix, alternating the liveliness of the nearby beaches to the tranquility of the village immersed in the countryside;
the accommodation has an open space with garden furniture, free parking nearby;
close to the sandy beaches, can be reached by car in just 5 minutes, free and private, calm sea and shallow water, ideal for children.
Beautiful cycle path nearby, 25 km long, across the sea, with numerous dining options and bike rentals.
Very interesting is also the hinterland, small villages scattered in the countryside, among olive groves and vineyards, various restaurants with typical dishes, to discover the special food and wine that the area offers.
10 km from the city of Sanremo, 40 km Montecarlo.

Lovely house in a lovely village

The house is really lovely and has everything you need there. Check-in process is seamless and simple. Felicita is a great host, always online and helpful. We fell in love with the house and with Terzorio.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bis auf einen Geschirrspüler auch bestens ausgestattet.Die Lage ist ideal für Leute die es ruhig haben möchten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in ca. 3 km mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend, sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit.Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Mittelalterliches Flair

Die Lage war ein wenig schwierig, hoch auf dem Berg und schwer mit dem Auto zu erreichen, enge Straßen und viele scharfe Kurven. Dafür wird man mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick vom Parkplatz aus belohnt. Die Gastgeberin kümmert sich sehr gut um die Gäste, das Appartement ist toll, frisch renoviert und mit einem guten Geschmack eingerichtet, aber kein Meeresausblick. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es gestört, dass die Betten etwas wackelig waren und durch die engen Gassen, die auch ihren Reiz haben, zu wenig Licht ins Appartement gelang. Der Ort selbst sowie das Appartement vermittelt einmaliges mittelalterliches Flair. Allerdings gibt es im Ort selbst keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Aber im Nachbarsort San Stefano Almare gibt es Lidl. Insgesamt waren wir gut zufrieden.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Uns hat die Idylle des kleinen Dörfchens sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Felicita hat sehr gut funktioniert. Sie hat uns ein paar sehr hilfreiche Tips für den Ablauf und die Umgebung gegeben. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt wie beschrieben in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Gegend genau wie beschrieben. Sie ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Kommunikation mit der Betreiberin war dank der übersetzungs-app problemlos möglich. Bei Fragen wurde uns auch weitergeholfen.

Eine charmante Ferienwohnung mit Stil

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt sogar eine mobile Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich, die in der Beschreibung gar nicht erwähnt wurde, uns aber sehr durch die heißen Tage und Nächte geholfen hat. Alles war sehr suaber und gepflegt und der Kontakt zu Felicita war sehr freundlich und angenehm.

Schöne Residenz in den Bergen

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, vor allem da sie wirklich sauber war. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war unkompliziert und auch das Ein- und Auschecken problemlos. Die Nachbarschaft ist hilfsbereit und freundlich, was unseren Urlaub noch zusätzlich verschönert hat.

Mit Auto im Bergdorf

Die Wohnung in dem alten Zentrum von Terzorio ist etwas Besonderes, in faszinierende Lage und originell geschnitten, sehr gut ausgestattet. Zwar ohne Balkon, aber mit einem allein zu nutzenden, weitgehend angenehm schattigen Innenhof. Wir hatten bei der Buchung nicht beachtet, dass es in dem sehr malerischen alten Ort keinerlei Möglichkeiten mehr gibt zum Einkehren oder Einkaufen. Außerdem sind die Verbindungswege zwischen den Hügeln, Nachbardörfern und zum Meer - anders als auf den Wanderkarten markiert - alle asphaltiert und stark befahren, so dass Wanderungen in der Umgebung nicht lockten. Alles begann mit einer Autofahrt: die Bergwanderungen, das Schwimmen im Meer, der Einkauf. Aber dann war es sehr lohnend.

Sehr hübsche Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung ist wundervoll restauriert und liegt mitten in dem kleinen Bergdorf. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und hatten das Glück auch an dem alljährlichen Dorffest teilnehmen zu können. Wir wurden sehr nett aufgenommen. Die Vermieterin war immer erreichbar, sie hat sehr schnell und unkompliziert auf Anfragen reagiert, die Kommunikation lief problemlos über Googleübersetzer. Was Mieter wissen sollten: das zweite Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer zwischen Wohn-/Esszimmer und Badezimmer. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Wer etwas besonderes sucht ist hier richtig!

Die Wohnung war wirklich bezaubernd, mitten drin in den Gassen von Terzorio. Es war eine sehr ruhige Lage und wenn man 2 Minuten das Gässchen nach unten gelaufen ist hatte man einen traumhaften Ausblick. Die Wohnung war total charmant eingerichtet, alles war vorhanden was man brauchen konnte und sehr sauber. Man kommt mit dem Auto wunderbar an verschiedene Ausflugsziele und auch die Strände sind gut zu erreichen. Die Abwicklungen mit der Schlüssel Übergabe und Abreise war total unkompliziert, per Übersetzer Programm und ohne großen Aufwand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) an nichts. Die Vermieterin erklärte uns alles, obwohl wir kein italienisch sprechen können war die Kommunikation problemlos. Gerne kommen wir wieder!!!

Gerne wieder

Haben zu dritt für 2 Wochen hier gewohnt. Sehr schöne Wohnung, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, Einrichtung exakt wie beschrieben. Sehr liebe Vermieterin, trotz Sprachbarrieren war die Schlüssel- und Wohnungsübergabe kein Problem. Terzorio ist ein Dorf, auf 200 Höhenmetern gelegen, die Straße herauf eine kleine Herausforderung 😅. Terzorio ist keineswegs ein deutsches Touristengebiet. Den Strand (Sandstrand) erreicht man mit dem Auto in 7 Minuten, Lidl und Tankstelle auch. Danke Felicita für deine Gastfreundschaft 💐, grazie, wir kommen gern wieder!

Urlaub im Sommer 2019 in Terzorio in Ligurien.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung allerdings für zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder doch etwas klein. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet und die Vermieterin ist auch ganz nett.

Italienfeeling pur

Eine wunderschöne ligurische Ferienwohnung, ideal für Paare. Die Wohnung ist in bestem Zustand,liebevoll und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Blitzsauber, es fehlt an nichts. Ein tolles Restaurant kann zu Fuss leicht erreicht werden. Die Vermieterin Felicitas hat uns sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Wir können diese Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen, Italien pur. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Ein schöner Urlaub in Italien. Die Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Ausstattungen entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin hieß uns willkommen und war immer bei Bedarf für uns als Ansprechpartner erreichbar. Temperaturen um 20°C im Mai rundeten den Urlaub ab.

Vacanza magnifica, oltre il mare molto offre anche l'entroterra, abbiamo visitato svariati borghi e gustato piatti tipici buonissimi e ottimi vini; il piccolo borgo di Terzorio è molto carino e tranquillo, ideale per chi ha bisogno di rilassarsi, la gente è cordiale, e la proprietaria è sempre stata gentile e disponibile, torneremo sicuramente!
