The house was wonderful- clean, with an open floor plan. The kitchen was well stocked with any cookware/bakeware you need to make great meals. The pool is a nice size to float around and the lanai was comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and close to the grocery and lots of great restaurants and shops. Overall a great place for hanging out with family.

This house was in a perfect location for us to see multiple areas around Sarasota. We were visiting for Spring Break and the pool was one of our favorite parts of the house. It was very relaxing to come home from the beach and be able to swim in the heated pool. The kitchen was fully equipped and the owner checked in with us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. We would stay here again for sure!!

Wonderful vacation house!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. All the pictures were accurate and the amenities were as advertised. The host was helpful and very easy to work with. If we vacation in the Sarasota/Siesta Key area again, we would not hesitate to book this VRBO.

Great getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely, comfortable home. Beautifully decorated ‘beach house’ and well appointed with everything you need. Well placed for beaches and amenities and host on hand to answer any questions! Would definitely stay again.

We had an awesome time at the Gulf Breeze Cottage. Tracey was very nice and responded promptly when needed. The location is great—Publix, Costco, Target, all close by. The beach is a short drive by car. The beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys were very useful. But we spent the most time in the warm pool! My grandkids loved it! Great hosts and great house!

This property is in a great location, not far from Siesta Key and with a selection of shops, restaurants and bars close to hand. The main attraction for me was the heated pool, but there is a well equipped kitchen, and bikes for exploring the local area. There are TVs in each bedroom and a large screen TV in the living room, with wifi available throughout. There's comfortable seating and a full size dining table.Tracey is the ideal host, responding to my questions quickly and providing helpful information during my stay. Perfect for up to six, you'll be delighted you chose this wonderful home from home.

Nice long weekend!

Family and I were in town for the Memorial Day weekend for my son's golf tournament. House is in a convenient location and the pool was very relaxing! Tracey was very responsive.

Had a great week! The home is just as listed. The location was convenient to everything and the neighborhood is quiet. The heated pool was perfect and all the beach supplies needed for a day at the beach! The door code didn’t work when we arrived but the host came immediately over and fixed it. She checked in on us throughout the week and was very helpful. I would definitely book this place again!

Perfect getaway

What a darling little place, it was perfectly described. Location was on point, and right near the Gulfgate area. Easy access to the beach as well. And restaurants. Loved all the amenities! And the pool is an added bonus.
