Dolphins near bridge almost daily. Community has private beach on Intracoastal with beautiful pool, hot tub overlooking the bay. All space is available for use, except locked owner's closet. The award-winning beaches of Pass-a-Grille and St. Pete Beach are located nearby. Community is bike & walk friendly. Conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and activities.

Family trip to sun and fun

My husband and 2 grown children vacationed here Dec 30 to January 7. It was amazing. Location, view, home decor, cleanliness everything was perfect. We will return.

Exactly what we were looking for!

My sister and I traveled to Florida to visit our dad. The condo was perfect for us and is only a couple of miles away from our dad’s place. We each had our own bedroom/bath and the shared spaces were very comfortable. We loved the view from the balcony and enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Melinda was very easy to communicate with and she quickly replaced a broken coffee carafe that we discovered on our first morning there. We will definitely stay here again!
